Nice cup, customer service lacking
Customer service did not help with replacement piece, now I have a beautiful cup I can’t sip from. Not cool. I bought the cup because it’s elegant with fold down straw. Unfortunately, the soft plastic grip for sipping that fits over the folding plastic piece (see picture) went missing. It likely fell off and/or split, though it seemed high quality so I’m surprised. I emailed customer service to ask about obtaining solely the sipping piece and was told they would not sell me a replacement piece. After spending so much for a single high quality cup, a good company would go out of its way to maintain customers. I really really really like the cup until it became unusable.
