Bit weird at first the feel or (maybe just psychological ) with not using plasticearbuds ever always used to cotton ones but they are good I would definitely recommend them as in the long run cheaper (and they are better for the environment) so better all rounder cheaper ,would recommend

Not quite what I was looking for. If the tips were made of the same material as your reusable facial rounds they would be 5 star perfect.

So the packaging on this tells me: “There is no planet B” - so true. I think zero-waste culture is a great thing and products like this give us the opportunity to be a little less wasteful making it better for the environment and perhaps saving us money in the long run too.I’ve started using a fair few silicone cleaning brushes (for the face, body and for bottles) and have generally been really impressed so I was more than happy to give these a try. You get two cotton swab alternatives here and they are very similar in size and appearance to regular cotton swabs. The tips are silicone but they’re really firm and rigid, not soft and flexible as I was expecting. The sticks look like coloured wooden sticks but I think they’re actually eco-friendly nylon, which combined with the silicone make these swabs easy to wash and re-use many times over.I’ve never thought it a good idea do be poking around in my ears with swabs so I’ve been testing the little swabs for other things instead. Haven’t found a good use for the textured swab yet but the smooth one is really good for precision makeup application, especially brightener, concealer and eyeshadow.I noticed LastSwab sell custom cases for the swabs, which would be a great place to store them hygienically between uses. It’s just a shame you have to buy the cases separately and each case only stores one swap so presumably you’d have to buy two cases if you’re going to use both...? A small repurposed tin or container may have to suffice for me. Overall I think this is a decent product, eco-friendly and economic, so long as you can find uses for it.

These are literally a life saver. I'm bothered that regular buds are now bad for the planet so decided to try these. These are perfect for ears! Slightly fatter than a cotton bud and the bobbles on the ear bud one help to get your ear itch or wax out great. Simply wash and put away. I haven't found a use for the cosmetic type one yet as I don't wear make up so nothing to smudge or blend in but I'm sure there's a use! They're so handy and I've saved hundreds of buds already! Brilliant idea.

It looks very cheap plastic and could easily break

Provide a much cleaner and sharp finish than cotton buds. They arrived well packaged and on time and really well made. Would recommend, good price.

I'm disappointed as the package didn't include the case cover from the pictures. It looks like false advertising. Should have been mentioned somewhere 'no case provided'. And I can't see how this is removing ear wax better than a cotton swab. Using this organic swab makes it look like your ears are already clean enough. Some things cannot be improved.

Really good for make up not so much for ears
