This is a great product. From the first use I was able to get a more comfortable and closer shave with no soreness and far less noticeable redness than before. I use Wilkinson Sword razor blades and Taylors of Old Bond Street shaving cream which are better for me than most other shaving gear, but as my beard stubble is tough and I have sensitive skin it's been hard to get a close shave without nicks and soreness. Using this Viking pre shave oil and applying the shaving cream on top of it has resulted in an easier, closer and smoother shave with no soreness. The only other product that was this good was a Decleor serum which cost 5 or 6 times as much for less than a quarter of the amount. I highly recommend this product.

Small Amount, it does the job.

Love this. Nice, subtle fragrance, but most importantly a great oil. Only a small amount is needed and shaves are smooth and close, wet face between lathers and the oil relubricates really well. Wouldn't shave without it.

The oil is dispersed in a convenient dispenser bottle , which when smelt is obviously partially olive oil based ( virgin olive oil used for cooking perhaps?)… despite this once a smooth sheen and skin softening is produced and a quality shaving cream is applied on top it definitely enables a safer smoother effortless shave especially using safety razors

If you've never tried this give it a go. It makes a massive difference. I put this on before applying Taylors of Bond Street shaving cream and get a great shave every time. Makes the razor really glide over the face.

The Dispenser did would not work was broken oil is goid but can't dispense

Gentle scent and good lubrication. Effective : 5 squirts and a bit of water rubbed into shave area allows a clean and smooth shave. Not quite as effective as American Crew shave oil which howevever has a clear smell of eucalyptus. I have and use both very happily.
