I like to have a bite or two when I am hungry need an energy boost. For me, I don’t want to eat the entire bar, just a bite-size piece when needed. I bought the box of these and compared to other protein bars that met my needs, the price point is good. The ingredients are high quality and I like the taste and the texture. The bar is moist and satisfying.

I last ate these a few years ago. The coconut tasted fresh then. I recently bought them again, and on the first bite both I and my spouse had the same reaction. They tasted rancid and stale. This is the taste you get when you fry the coconut until it draws the oils out. I do not know if we were shipped an old batch or if that's how they are being made now. Disappointed!

Aside from the fact that they are overpriced, I do like this brand. However, discontinued my favorite flavor, chocolate chip cookie dough. I thought vanilla cake batter would be the closest flavor to that, but it's chalky and pasty and just...yucky. I would not buy this flavor again. I've also tried the raspberry and that one is better, but I really miss the cookie dough flavor!!! Please bring it back!!!

These are my favorite snack bars! I love that they are prebiotic and probiotic. My favorite flavor is the dark chocolate raspberry coconut. It tastes just like a decadent dessert!I like that it's only 180 cal, a good source of fiber, and made from naturally based ingredients. I love that it has Chia seeds because that's a great source of omega-3's.I also recommend the dark chocolate coconut flavor. But the dark chocolate raspberry coconut is my all-time fave. I highly recommend these!

I recently tried the Truth Bar in the Peanut Butter flavor and am absolutely hooked! This bar has quickly become my go-to snack for its nutritional value and outstanding taste.The richness and creaminess of the peanut butter are perfectly balanced and beautifully dipped in high-quality dark chocolate.I appreciate the transparency in the ingredient list – no hidden surprises or artificial additives – and love that it’s packed with fiber, prebiotics, probiotics and omega-3s.Whether I'm at work, the gym, or simply craving a delicious pick-me-up at home, the Peanut Butter Truth Bar has become my snack of choice.

The recipe changed drastically and is different than before they went on hiatus for a year or so. I think the owners might have changed. I used to eat these regularly, they tasted so much like a mounds candy bar and I had a noticeable difference in my gut health with the original recipe. Now the bars have a strong artificial sweetener flavor, are smaller in size, and don’t have the same effects on my gut as before. I’m not sure which ingredients were changed but it wasn’t for the better unfortunately. I miss the old bars so much. ☹️

I was introduced to these bar at work and fell in love. This is great if you want to try the other flavors before committing to an entire package.

Update: Their customer service contacted me directly and that was very nice. I do highly recommend the raspberry/coconut it is amazing.I loved the chocolate raspberry coconut so got a variety pack. I've tried 3, took one bit and threw them away. This was a waste of money for me. So disappointed.
