Sturdy door, easy install
Bought this door for my home office. Arrived well packaged earlier than expected. The door is unfinished but easy to paint/stain. When finishing I recommend taping around the glass (over the film on the glass) using painter's tape. It will prevent the film from getting stuck to the wood.Removing the film wasn't *easy* but it wasn't hard either. To get it off just take a pair of scissors and score the plastic around the edge of the glass. The film comes off much easier this way once you get it started. All the hardware is included. You'll need a screwdriver, level, tape measure, and pencil to install.

Heavy, quality construction
Much higher quality than expected. Heavy, solid wood and tempered glass. Painting is a big project, even with the pre-masked glass, as there are 40 multi-beveled panes (20 glass panes, x two sides). But take your time, prime, and they come out beautifully!I separated the doors and hinged them independently, like regular french doors, which added a lot of character to an otherwise boring doorway. This also leaves the full width usable, as opposed to the bifold doors, which block a lot of doorway even when fully open. Would be nice if the doors were offered without the track and pre-installed bifold hinges, to avoid extra wood-filling and waste for those who don’t want bifold.

Only 78” not 80”
The doors are nice and super heavy. But we’re having to figure out how to make them the actual height they should be for our laundry.

Very impressed with this, better than expected
I had looked around for a bi-fold door with windows for some time. They were all very expensive and hard to get.Got this one on Amazon. Delivered promptly and in good shape, even though it is pretty heavy. It is quality construction. Some of the hinges were slightly bent so had to remove and flatten. Otherwise very good overall quality.Easy to install. Lots of adjustments.Biggest effort is painting it (comes unpainted with some small rough spots. Have to sand every thing lightly (complicated by all the window molding), then prime it and paint it. Lots of attention to all the window moldings. Nice thing is that the windows have a clear film on them. Don't need to mask off all the molding (lots of it!). Some said that it was hard to remove the film after painting. I found that pulling back the film with a cutter blade in the corners and carefully pulling back until you can grab it and then pull entire piece off work fine. Be sure to get all the way down to glass as you start the corners. My 'standard' 80" opening was actually 81 1/2" high, so there was a 1 1/2" gap at the bottom of the door after install. My fault for not checking. Could have added a shim at top. Just check your dimensions carefully to see what framing is needed in your doorway. Wasn't a big deal for me.Highly recommend if you don't mind the extra work of sanding, priming and painting.

High Quality
This is a sturdy, high quality, solid pine door with windows. Excellent value for the money. It does require a little finish sanding, but that is to be expected. I highly recommend this product.

Very nice - broken glass
Looks great all pieces were present. This is actually my second door, unfortunately one of the glass panels was cracked on arrival and there is no real way to replace it but that’s okay it still serves its purpose.

Good for old houses
Anyone who's worked on an old house knows nothing is every straight. I bought these doors over another kind because these were solid wood and I had the feeling I was going to need to make adjustments for the old house.I used a crowbar underneath the door to hold it in position then step on it to move it up or down to get the top pin in the track. The directions say to 'finish' the doors before hanging but I'm glad I waited to paint them until after I hung them since I had to cut off about an inch along the length. I read another review that the plastic was hard to peel off. Just wait until the paint is dry and take a utility knife to cut along the edges of the plastic. Then it peels right off in neat sheets. I added a latch and next I'm going to add frosty privacy film on the glass.
