Useless, returned after 24hrs
I thought the lid design might cause trouble and I was right. The limescale filter is attached to the lid and is hinged. But then we found that the lid doesnt click shut anyway, so when you pour, the water spills everywhere. Then I thought it seemed like it was leaking, but assumed it was from where the water had spilled. But then I noticed the pool of water on the worktop around the base. So I dried the kettle off, and sure enough, it leaks from the bottom. So apart from looking nice when it's completely empty and it not in use, it doesn't perform any of the functions you would expect from a kettle. Totally useless. Returned within 24hrs of receipt.

Lid doesn't close properly
Like the lights, look and weight of kettle but the lid rises when on and Boiling so think it boils longer due to this plus as lid isn't securely closes you have to be very careful when pouring... I wouldn't recommend

Not a good buy!!
After using it for 3 months.. discovered a bigger problem than a small spout... the 'on switch'..not an actual switch really..but it's a rubber press..same as off switch and the lid opener. We now have to press that part about 3,4, or 5 times, for it to activate!!I am wondering just how much longer this will last!!
