It was supposed to arrive after xmass but received it yesterday 20th. I had to assemble it but I managed in less than 1 hour. I am almost 70 and petite, female. I have still to tighten the screws some but it is great. It gives you a great over all workout.Funny that the company is located in my own community.

This item was missing key parts to allow the shock resistance to be installed. The feet constantly rotate. The machine is wobbly and flimsy and I have to repeatedly tighten the bolts after every few uses. I emailed the company and received no response regarding the missing parts. The handle bars were also damaged.

What am I supposed to do with this thing? I've been writing since January! I cannot get the loosest setting on resistance to be anything but very tight and difficult. It is impossible to mount and very unstable. I've tried repeatedly since January to return it and spent many hours communicating with no response at all.

I received the machine pretty quickly. Easy to put together, however, there was no hole for the seat. Contacted the company with no response. With that being said a few days later I received a totally new machine, put together no problem. No instructions on what to do with the first one lol. Anyway, I've 9nky been using it for a couple of weeks and love, it definitely works your whole body. No results really since it's only been a couple weeks, so we will see. Overall happy with the purchase.
