The media could not be loaded. So much easier to have on this stand then my traditional water pottery. With my other unit, I would wash inside & out to prevent dust, dirt, or bacteria from collecting. Time consuming yet it was necessary. It's effortless with the great water spout design, the lever is easy to use, and the water spout closure is a great idea. Yes, it can take up counter space, I may consider a small table to hold it in the future. Either way, I'm happy with my purchase. Now, I'm ordering one for my office. Great value and product.

This works great!

Good product, no directions, a couple pictures on the package to go off of. With basic common sense it can go together. Sits high in the table/stand. Definitely intended to not overhang the edge of the table.

There is nothing much more to say than this stand does the job to prop up and keep up a 5-gallon glass water jug so I can more easily get my Spring water.

Not super sturdy but easy to install

I wanted this to be a good option for me to use for my 5 gallon, however the metal frame is a bit weak and most importantly it leaks from the sprout! Tried to pour a cup to test it out and water not only came from the sprout but also the back. It was tightly secured so there was not problem there. This is an unusable product.

I have one on the kitchen floor and one on the front porch for my cats and dogs. Makes refilling the pet water so quick and easy.

I used this at a drink station at my wedding and also for the waiter to fill up their pitchers and serve the tables. It was perfect and there was no leaking of water.
