Así se absorve mejor en el organismo y hace efecto más rápido.El glutation además sirve para limpiar el hígado, además es muy necesario después de tomar muchos medicamentos.La Vitamina C es genial para el sistema inmune y también sirve para aclarar la piel.Éste producto de esta marca es excelente porque sus dosis son altas. Yo tomo una diaria en ayunas y me va muy bien. Desde que las tomo mi piel es otra, más clara, brillante y con mucha luz.Parte fundamental del skincare es el glutation y la vitamina C y que mejor tomarlo en ayunas ya que ayuda con la salud. Lo recomiendo 100%.

After several weeks of taking this product as a daily supplement, I have to say I'm very impressed! I was first drawn to this product because of the lightening skin effects(which is something I'm personally very into), but after doing more research I realized glutathione reduced has far more benefits like anti-aging (rejuvenating and revitalizing the skin ), liver support, and has the paired Vitamin C to help boost our immune system and overall health. Not to mention, I believe the price for this supplement is very fair, considering other brands are selling this supplement for way more.Anyway, as I initially mentioned, as someone that is very into skin lightening, I have seen a difference in skin color these last few weeks. It isn't a dramatic difference, but it is noticeable to me and I'm very happy with these results. I have tried different methods to help with skin lightening over the years and used to recently take glutathione injections for it, but I stopped doing that because I just can't do the needle situation anymore. I found this supplement to work just as good and it is obvious more tolerable for me to take 2 capsules daily than dealing with needles and injections(I just can't).I will continue to take this supplement as I truly am impressed and feel that it is a healthy and beneficial supplement for all women to take. If you're into skin lightening just like I am and want to try a different, cheaper, and more accessible form of getting your glutathione reduced with added benefit I would give this supplement a try. You will not regret it. This is definitely a re-buy for me, 10/10 recommended!

Switched to this brand because of the price plus it is 1,000 mg + vitC per pill, BUT it was an auwful idea. The previous brand I was using for months was 500mg per pill with no vitamin C and 3 times the cost of this, BUT it was 100% EFFECTIVE. I switched to this brand and lost all my skin benefits I achieved with the other brand (my skin was smooth, lighter, and getting better and better). Trust me, when it comes to Gluthathione, the extra cost is worthy if you're looking for an effective product that works. This does nothing. I decided to buy it because of all the reviews, but this didn't work for me as "apparently it did" for the other lucky consumers.If you've been in a skin brightening journey for some time bow and you're thinking about switching to a cheaper option to make the journey for su$tainable, think twice before do so because you'll lose all results you have gotten so far.

Arrived fresh and sealed. Although taking 3 is a lot for 1 serving, I definitely noticed the effects fast. Skin gets so light while on this that I spray tan to add more color cause pale aint cute. I feel a boost in energy and it enhances the effects of my other supplements imo. Having the added vitamin c in this instead of having to take ANOTHER pill is a plus too.

Not as fast working or strong like other brands, but it will do. It is decent enough. I still have to use this with Likas soap to see any lightening effect on elbows and knees. I also use Likas soap to lighten my face from marks. Usually just taking glutathione would do the work of lightening the marks and ash away. I have to take double glutathione with this brand. Searching again.
