I've always had a little back pain from sitting down for a long period time at work and home. I was once told by a friend that a knee pillow can help during sleep to ease of my pain from the hip and back. When I first purchased a new pillow, I selected a product from Amazon with many reviews with half the cost the Cushion Lab. I was very skeptical if a knee pillow would be beneficial to my pain, so I decided to save a few dollars. Mistake. It provided a bit of relief, but, simply, it couldn’t last the night. I would be easily crushed and couldn’t lift my leg up. It was more apparent over the months as it deteriorated.Then my wife bought the Cushion Lab for her pain as well without me knowing. I've told my wife that she wasted her money because a knee pillow wouldn't work and asked her to return. However, my wife wanted to give it a try. The next day, she said that she felt great! So I went through the Cushion Lab's reviews, and their talk about quality really struck a chord with me. Then I decided to give them a try even though they have fewer reviews. The difference was significant, as my pain has been greatly reduced and the pillow stayed supportive throughout the night. I woke up happy, and I was well rested. It is indeed well made like other reviews mentioned. The foam in the pillow is much denser, the pillow is slightly heavier, and it felt a more heavy duty. Therefore, I suspect it will last for a long time.Lesson learned: Don’t skimp out on quality. Just like one of the reviewers said... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... Please don't skimp out on products those especially related to your health... It's better to be safe than sorry!

I needed a small but stable pillow to place between my knees to help keep my spine aligned (to alleviate painful lower back pressure) for more comfortable sleeping. I had been using a regular sized sleeping pillow - folded in half - but it was too big and bulky and didn't stay in the right place to keep me comfortable all night long. This pillow is small, has just the right softness and firmness, is contoured well for my legs, and has been helpful since the first night that I used it! I am 5'11" tall, and weigh 183 lbs, and the pillow does not compress 'flat' under the weight of my legs. I don't know what the weight rating is for this pillow, so, I'm mentioning this so that the reader has some frame of reference as to whether it might be helpful to him/her. I also use this pillow as a neck and lower back support for certain stretches and exercises and have found it to be very beneficial for those purposes, as well. I don't know if this pillow would provide adequate support for me if I were 30-40 pounds heavier than I am now (because my weight may compress the pillow too much to benefit from using it), but, I am very pleased with the results that I'm getting, allowing me to comfortably sleep through the night! Without this pillow I would have to resort to sleep aids or have to deal with readjusting my other pillow throughout the night. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

I tend to move around a lot in my sleep so the pillow doesn't always stay between my legs. It's comfortable and does help somewhat with my back pain. I still wake up pretty achy and stiff though.

Boxing is excellent, quality of the pillow is great. Comfort on the other hand is not! Way to high for back sleepers, ended up with neck aching in the morning. Sleeping on the side is better but still way to high.
