Powerful but safety concern
This pepper spray works so well. I sprayed two sprays on my terrace to test it out and everone downstairs was affected by it. But it has no safety ridges around nozzle. It is possible that during emergency you might spray it ok your own face. I wish they would improve this one little factor. The spray is powerful

effectiveness & product has long life of 4-5 years
Purchased this 4-5 years ago & bottel still working. Other brand Purchased after this hardly worked for 1.5 years. I will rate this with 5 stars. I thoughts that it was not working but i surprised that after 5 years it's working

There is no grip to hold the nozzle.
- The size is very small, as it is difficult to search it in our pocket or bag.- And there is no finger grip/protector on the nozzle, which is very difficult to use in emergency situations. There may be 100% of chances where the user can spray to himself instead of spraying to opponents, because it happened to me as well when I tested.- Atleast a grip on top of the nozzle or the finger protector is needed.- I want to return the product now, but there is no return policy, there is only option to replace with same product. Which is very disgusting.Not recommended!
