So bought this for a friend for her more or less 100 lb boy. Shipping was spot on. Other reviewers have noted that the leash “stretches”. Really, come on, this leash is made of a nylon rope. The stretch of such a rope is maybe at most a quarter of an inch. It’s not stainless steel folks!Don’t hesitate this is a GREAT leash. And, if you want it shorter just tie a loop in the middle.You can’t go wrong.Ps. The poop bag holder (included) seems to be ok - if you need that sort of thing.

The leather loop is easy to slip your hand through and gives you good holding support. The colors are rich and non fading. This leash can be used alone,or with a collar or harness. I bought this leash 3 yrs. ago, and it is still in like new condition after using it multiple times everyday. The price is amazing for this high quality, durable, strong leash. Very easy to use, I have arthritis and have no problems or issues. The color choices are vivid and gorgeous, very eye appealing. Small dogs,large dogs it fits a variety of sizes and weight. The latch is strong and holds against strong pulling and jerky movements. This leash is also very visible.

This product is awesome! It's study, a good length, and seems like it will be safe for my dog. My dog is a big puller on walks so time will tell if this stands up to the test, but so far so good! It also came with poop bags/ poop bag holder which I wasn't aware of, but that's a nice bonus! It's thick & reflective as well which I am a fan of. I will be purchasing again in the future! I typically have a hard time with what we call the "leash goblins" which tie little knots in our leashes (we genuinely don't know how it happens, like when you leave headphones in your pocket and they tangle up) but with this leash??? I don't have to worry about that!! Thank you :)

Is a really good quality leash and our dog has not been chewing it to pieces. It’s very safe even though it doesn’t have the retracting handle. I feel more comfortable with this one than using one of those. Our dog is relatively small only 13 pounds but it isn’t too heavy. So it’s the perfect size for small medium or large dogs eclipse are nice and large, very sturdy and easy to use unlike the smaller clips and we’ve used on leashes in the past so they function really well and I’d definitely buy this again.

I inherited a dog from a neighbor who died, and needed a new leash after she chewed through her previous one. This replacement leash is nicely reflective, clipped easily to her collar, and the foam-reinforced handle loop limited the pressure on my hand during walking. She is untrained and still tries to drag me along.Perhaps I made in a mistake in deciding to use the leash to tie her to my step railing so I could give her puppies solid food a few feet away. She's greedy and will push me and the puppies aside to snatch up their food, and I had hoped tying her would give me and the two pups a few minutes alone.She chewed through the leash within five minutes.I can recommend this leash for dog walking, but not for tying up a dog even for brief periods.

This leash is very practical and very sturdy for the price. At first I thought it was too short because I’m used to the super long retractable leashes but this one is perfect for my wild pitbull mix. It gives him a little freedom but not too much. The little container that holds the poop bags makes this leash even more functional. 5 stars for sure.

At first I was a little concerned with the diameter of the leash, it is definitely smaller in diameter than my dog's old leash. However, about two weeks in and I have been VERY happy with this leash. My foster dog is about 65 lbs, and he can be tuggy on the leash. The material seems sturdy, and I feel confident in its construction. I liked the range of colors the leash came in, and was able to pick one that matched his collar. AND IT CAME WITH A POOP BAG HOLDER! Nice bonus. Great leash and great price on the leash. Would definitely recommend.

great leash!! i work at a dog daycare/boarding facility & a lot of dogs come in with this leash. I love the rope & the durability. The size is PERFECT. had to get one for me and my pup! she loves it and walks better on this than your average basic leash!
