A few small problems, but love it now!
I love the design and as of right now I'm very happy with the product. I had concerns because of other reviews, but decided to take a chance. Well, we tried putting it up, and plastic end protectors fell off right away, easy fix, superglue. The rod at first wouldn't expand, was stuck, but managed to get it to expand after several tries. But now that we have it up shower curtain on it and using it, we love it! Very elegant looking! So at this point, extremely happy with it!

This was good to me
Great purchase. Exactly as pictured and super easy to install. I love the chic look it gave my bathroom. Also bonus it never rusted and I’ve had it for two years. Just a forewarning when taking it down it may take off the paint on the walls so just be careful.

Beautiful tension rod!!
I had to write this review after reading the negative reviews. The tension is perfect, and it is staying in place even with a little tugging on the curtain several times. Also, the end pieces (foamy/to cushion the wall) did not fall off, I had no problems what so ever with this rod...and it's gorgeous, perfect accent to my new bathroom!

Lovely and sturdy
Looks great and was easy to install by myself (you twist one half of the bar while holding the other half still. I recommend twisting it to be almost the right size before putting the curtain on and installing it. That made it super easy)And I like that it has matching shower hooks. Very pleased.

It looks pretty at first, but it's cheaply made from junk metal!!
Less than a year after installation, the bar is rusting and the "bronze" coating is almost completely worn off. Cheaply made. The finial broke off one end and now spins when you are trying to tighten the threads.

Rust very easy.
These were very pretty in the picture and went with my bathroom remodel. However, within 2 months of use in a bathroom, it rusted very quickly.

Elegant Home Fashion Poet Laureate is not rust proof
ordered this product in March of 2016. As of January, 2018 it has rusted and must be replaced. This product is used in a heavily ventilated bathroom where the door is never closed.I would not recommend this product.
