I followed instructions and I have sensitive skin after using this for the first time it left bruises on my face so really not happy. Would have gave it 0 stars but unfortunately you can't. Update after sales was really good as they contacted me and have given me a complete refund. That's why I have changed it to 3 stars for there response to myself and quickness to sort out my problem

This works but it also has so much suction that it leaves over night bruising is you go over the same spot more than once .. has different suction modes . This is on low suction.

I have tried different tools to clean up my pores and always get hurt. I had read reviews before purchasing it and the product does cause bruises if not used properly. This vital part of information was the main reason to me starting the suction power from the lowest. I therefore with time did manage to gradually increased as I did not want to cause shock or pain to my skin in the fist few times using it. I will recommend this product for at home treatment for such great value.

Received the product today and the beauty tools are filthy! Dirty and sticky.

This is a powerful device! Bought this, this week and have used twice. It has significantly flattened and reduced my congested areas. I have used both times at night followed by my skincare routine. In the morning my skin is flat, glowing with a lot less black heads. I can't lay my hands on my face steamer so have done this after my shower and putting my face above a big bowl of bolied water with a towel over. I steam for 5 mins and use the device on low with the smallest head. Followed up with a toner, serum and a moisturiser. Honestly my skin is glowing. I cant comment on longevity of the life of the product, but suction is excellent. I do have to use one hand to hold the skin taught to limit the pull of the device on my skin. I can see all the junk from my pores after i have used this device. My skin is really congested at the moment since my last pregnancy and using products that have further irritated my skin. I plan to use this 3 times a week as part of my skin care regime, to keep it clear . Would reccomend!

It doesn't really do much , quite rubbish really

Good product, works really well. There are a few different attachments that fit onto the blackhead remover.

I have wide pores, combi skin with many blackheads on chin, nose, forehead and cheeks.I have steamed my face for 8 minutes, stabbed all the bigger blackheads, and used the machine for about 10 minutes.My face never looked so good. This is going to be a weekly routine. I advice to press as it sucks the skin and drag. Especially in the most affected areas.I did leave some marks on the areas i focused on a lot but it’s expected. I used it on medium as it was enough.Money very well spent. Completely recommend this.For sensitive skin follow instructions closely and you cannot fail. All complaints in the reviews are because instructions were not followed.Have a pleasant buy ❤️
