I bought the green soul "Jupiter-Go" chair for my son's study after reading the positive reviews and I am happy to share that it came out to be extremely good product.Pros1. Built Quality is great.2. Easy to Assemble with clear instructions3. The individual parts to assemble were too heavy which shows the quality, but the chair after assembly is very light to move.4. Very comfortable in sitting with adjustable back, height and hand rest.5. Customer care number is there at the back of the seat so you will not lose it.6. Chair after assembly looks exactly same as it was shown on product page.ConsNone so far. Price was little bit on higher side, but after receiving the product, it was worth it.I also got a follow up from customer care executive for warranty certificate and if I need any help in assembly. Overall, a very good experience both in product and service. I bought this chair at a higher price than my last chair which only lasted 1.5 years (bought in lockdown in 2020 from amazon) and I realized its better to put little extra money in good quality chairs than cheaper local brands.

Bought this for my room as I recently shifted to a new place. Wanted a chair that’s comfortable to sit for long hours as I am a software developer. This chair did not disappoint. Its very easy to assemble. Took me around 15 minutes to do it without anyone’s help. Its comfortable to sit on and the wheels are really smooth and nice. Its height adjustable and everything is super smooth. The hand rest can also be height adjusted. It also has lock mechanism to prevent you from leaning back too much and keep your back straight. Overall satisfied :)

The build quality of this product seems to be quite sturdy. Doesn't feel like other low quality chairs made of flimsy, breakable, build quality. This one seems like a product made to last. Costs more but feels worth it. Easy to assemble but packaging could have been better. I was worried to see the external carton in bad condition and was worried about transportation damage. Luckily, the product was in good condition.

I have been using the chair for my work from home setup, for about a month now. I must say I am very satisfied with it so far.The chair was delivered in pristine condition, no nips, scratches, or any damage on it.Instructions on how to assemble it was in the included booklet. The box also came with an allen wrench, which is the only tool one needs to set up the chair. Assembly was fairly simple. Most of the parts are pre-attached, and you would only need to join three big parts.Chair height adjustment and armrest adjustment is smooth and seamless. They are also quite sturdy, snd and won't buckle down under weight. I got the "Go" variant, so I can't comment about the 2D/3D armrest movements, but the 1D movement is great.The lumbar support is somewhat lightweight, and maybe a little more protrusion would have been better. Personally, I think sticking in one of those mesh lumbar supports solves the problem for most people. I did the same. However, my research tells me that this is about the best one can get without shelling out close to 20k rupees.The tilt lock is also quite solid, and offers locking at various levels of incline.The overall quality of the plastics and mesh is also nice, with no rough jagged corners, and smooth rounded edges.Do note, however, that if you are of below average height (5 feet or less), then you might want to consider chairs with adjustable seat depth. The seat of this chair is quite deep and spacious, which is nice for most people, but for shorter users, the seat would extend beyond the knees if you want to rest your back against the back-rest.This brings me to Green Soul's customer support, which deserves special mention. My S.O. had encountered this seat depth problem after assembling my chair(we had bought two chairs). So we reached out to their customer support to see if we could return one of the two chairs, half expecting that our return request would be denied, as there was no defect in the delivered chair. To our surprise, the team not only agreed to accept the return, but also helped us out by arranging the return pickup themselves, with only requesting that I send them a photo of the item packed in its original packaging. To be honest, having grown up being accustomed to the general "no returns" policies of most merchants, I didn't expect this much sincerity, professionalism, and attention to customer satisfaction from any seller, and was pleasantly surprised at the positive attitude from the team. They even followed up with me over Whatsapp, bore patiently with my delayed response, and processed the warranty certificate for the one chair I have kept. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced.In short, if you are of average height, willing to adjust the lumbar support with some "jugaad" (pillow or mesh lumbar support), and are looking for an ergonomic chair with good build quality and excellent customer support, without spending a fortune, this chair is perfect!

The chair is very comfy and super easy to assemble. Absolutely worth the price.

I ordered this with great expectation but the chair lumbar support cushion is really a big issue. The inclination is not correct and it is causing a back pain . I called the customer support but till now no resolution. The hand rest is of a poor quality material. Total waste of money.

I totally love this chair, so soft and smooth, comfortable for people like me who spends hours on hours on computer! Also the back of the chair fits perfectly to support my lumbar. Only thing I got disappointed was, the installation was not of free, I thought it be done by them for free but I paid additionally 200rs for installation. Other than that this chair is absolutely worth the buy!!
