Brilliant sensory book
There is a real lack of sensory Islamic books and this book is very welcome! The quality of the book and the different sensory elements make it a great way to both introduce islamic pillars to young children and also help their mental and physical development through sensory.

Amazing touchy book for kids
This book keeps the kids occupied with the different colours and textures. Great gift and everyday book for children’s use and especially as teaches the basic concept of Islam for children to learn. Well done!

A beautiful touch and feel book
The media could not be loaded. We love looking and touching this book. It’s not that big so my little 4 months old tries to old it like we do loll but of course his grasping of objects is just starting. It’s lovely to just say the pillars whilst having them feel things. I also love to say the names of other things on the book ie., sun, water, sea, flower, tree. I believe this will help with their speech development

Aesthetic but pricey
Adorable book that arrives wrapped in vibrant rainbow paper, ready to be gifted straight away. However, it would be even better if more attention was paid to where amazon? place their barcode stickers to preserve the wrapping’s aesthetics.Book Pros:• Provides a brief introduction to the 5 pillars.• Engages multiple senses with sensory elements - 2x fleece clouds on cover, 7x flaps,1x prayer mat tassels, 1x Kaabah silk strip, 1x sunset glitter, 1x mirror, and 1x velcro opening tent, adding a playful touch.• The pastel-colored cover appeals to adults, while the bright-colored pages appeal to children.Book Cons:• Priced on the higher side.• The delicate construction of flaps (particularly Salah flaps) makes them very prone to wear and tear.• Although it’s not a central focus, for the sake of completeness I do think book would have benefitted from mentioning Eid under the relevant pillars.• The book’s minimal text limits its educational impact and target audience. This may necessitate purchasing additional books to educate on Islamic pillars.• Illustrations like crayons or plasters on the Zakat page, may confuse parents and children alike, further highlighting the need for explanations or additional text to provide context and depth.- The book misses several opportunities to incorporate 'touchy-feely' textures effectively. While opinions may vary on what could be turned into a sensory feature, it's clear that the book falls short of its own standards as it describes itself as 'touchy-feely lifting the flaps'.Final thoughts:While I appreciate the concept and want to support small businesses, I am struggling overlook the book’s shortcomings: limited textual content and sensory enrichment, considering its steep price of £12.99 for just 10 pages. However, the book does show promise, and implementing these changes could make it ideal for a second edition.
