J’utilise ces semelles rigides pour protéger mes gros orteils dont les articulations ont dû être fusionnées par une chirurgie, conséquemment à un diagnostique hallux Rigidus. Bien sûr il faut les introduires sous les semelles confortables de nos chaussures possédant préférablement des semelles extérieures berceaux!

Climbing and standing on ladder rungs all day and i put them under my custom orthotics, it helps a lot with pain. Takes up very little space!For non orthotics users, I suggest putting the shoe insole on top since they are slippery and hard.

I got these specifically because they came as a pair but I only received 1 in my package, I emailed the company directly and they quickly resolved the problem. Insoles are great, nice and rigged providing great support for my toes.
