The heel insert is wonderful on my feet, especially because I am moving around all day long with my 2 year old - and I have plantar fascitis.My heels hurt so bad that some days I cannot wear shoes or even walk. It has gotten the best of me, so I wanted to try heel inserts to see if anything will help even slightly. These inserts are wonderful and take the majority of pain away when I walk, especially walking out in stores and concrete where it hurts most.I don't much like the heel cup because it didn't fit well in my Asics and I haven't tried cutting it to fit- it just didn't offer much support when I tried it- in fact it made my heel hurt worse.Either way I am very happy with the heel inserts and the soft material surrounding the gel part is a nice touch. These came packaged well and wrapped up nicely so that tells me the company cares about their products - and the people who buy them.I'd recommend.

I like that it comes with options for foot pain.You get 2 different options for back of heel to stick on your shoes if you get blisters above your heel from rubbing on the shoe. Those are nice.You get one pair of gel insoles. These could be nice if they indicated which is for the left and right ? Maybe they are universal ? Same with the heel cups. They are not identical. One is smaller than the other so when walking I notice itThey feel great. Definitely nice for someone on their feet all day. Wish they were a littleMore consistent and came with instructions on which is used for what. Also. Right and left would be nice.

Whether it was the proper product to purchase for myself or not it was very uncomfortable. I only like 1 out of the 3 and it was the pad for the heel.

I bought this kit for my husband, but I also tried it out since I have plantar fasciitis too (to a lesser degree than my husband.) i kinda liked the heel cups, but my husband said they made his heels hurt worse. likewise, the gel heel pads weren't comfortable for long wear. neither of us had use for the heel grips, although i have used some similar in the past. but in the end, none of the products in the kit are anything that either of us will continue to use on a daily basis. if it weren't so much hassle, i'd probably request a refund... but i don't want to box it up and print out labels and ship the darn thing.

Generally a good product. The "Blue" gel pad is very comfortable, however, it moves around in my shoe. Within a few minutes it migrated forward about a half inch so my heal hangs over the back of it.The clear pad stays very secure in its location. It contains a rib structure underneath it - that cushions your feed as it flexes. This one stays in place, and although it is reasonably comfortable, it is not as "soft" as the blue.Bottom line ... both types have their pros and cons.I think the best would be a combination of the two ... a gel pad stuck to the top of the clear heal cup

I got this for my husband who is on his feet all day and has a bad back. Ge is a stone mason and his feet and back are always bothering him. Have tried going the route of expensive boots, none of which really seemed to help at all. I got this to give it a try. He put the gel ones in his work boots and he feet did not seem to other him as much. He is going to continue at this time to use these in his work boots. One of the heel grips I put in a pair of my dress shoes that were a little loose, quick fix and they are comfortable. Very pleased with this purchase.

Although several reviews from women reflected their using these heel supports, my size 7 tennis shoes were too small for them. Trimming was difficult and I'd not recommend it as the depth was still off. The protection seems it'd be great & quite comfortable - and I do recall reading in the description they were "men's", so.....my bad, Please make some if these for women.

I got these heel gel cups for my daughter’s shoes. She needed a little bit more cushion in her shoes at the heel section. These gel heel cups are very nice and a bit tacky so they stay put within the shoe. She likes them a lot and says they are very comfortable.
