This air fryer has transformed me from a three button microwave defroster, to a top-notch (pretend) culinary artist!With a little common sense (unfortunately, not so common) and a slight learning curve/experimental phase, this thing will transform your cooking experience.So far, nearly everything I have prepared in this "fryer" has been cooked to perfection on the first attempt (presets are pretty good for most items - and if you RTFM, you can adjust and save those presets), if not done enough, just cook again to your liking/expectations.Large basket holds everything my wife and I are going to eat. This is an item that every home should have! This is by far one of the best kitchen appliances I came across. It looks good in the kitchen, and does exactly what it promises. I would call it a smart food preparer, because it does more than air frying . There are so many different functions and it cooks my food very well at whatever temperature crunch or non-crunch I need it to be. I have had it for more than a year if not two and still going strong. I simply line it with a piece of Reynold’s Wrap foil paper, spray the sheet with a little Pam when I am preparing chicken, seafood, steak, veggies, and much more different types of foods. You can do a whole lot with this Cosori air fryer. It’s more than a fryer. You can reheat, roast, bake, broil , fry and much more. Do your frozen with it. It keeps your food warm for some time and so much more . I was able to connect it to my Amazon Alexa, it’s moderately quiet. In my opinion, this capacity holds a lot of foods for a family of six to eight. The smell will not readily go through your house when cooking as when you’re using the regular stove top. Sometimes you could skip the microwave and use this item instead. It worth every pennie I had invested in getting this Air Fryer. You will never regret this buy. Having it heat from above and below is a game changer. No more shaking. The settings are very easy to use and pretty spot on too for the preset times/temps. It reheats food beautifully, from pizza to delicate prime rib to everything in between. Clean up is easy too, whether washing by hand or running through the dishwasher. Highly recommend!

I bought this because I needed a bigger air fryer. Big appliance so it takes up some space on your counter. Easy to use especially if you’re using preset functions. But you can increase/decrease cook time and temperature even when it’s cooking. Very versatile. Cleans up easily but I wouldn’t use the paper liners as they will catch on fire. Tried using them several times with it.

I have had this air fryer for about a month now, I am totally blind, and because I'm able to connect it to my Wi-Fi and my Alexa, and Google, just buy asking to turn it on through either air fry, bake, broil, and the time and the temperature it does it automatically. I don't have to touch the unit, except to put the food in and take the food out. I find that it cooks much quicker than the oven. I don't have to mess with the oven. I find it easy to use, I'm very happy with it. I think the only thing I would like to see happen is if it had a. Splatter screen like you would put over frying pan. Although I have not had the need to have one yet, but I'm thinking if I make bacon in the unit, I don't want the grease flying up and hitting the coils. I do clean it after each juice and it's been very, very easy to clean by hand, but it is dishwasher safe also. And thus far when I wipe the coils off, there's nothing on the coils at the top. It also has coils at the very bottom underneath the drawer, so it's cooking on both sides which is very handy. I really love the unit and it's the perfect size sitting on the counter.

Most of all I am thrilled that even with its large capacity it looks kind of dainty next to my mixer. The build quality is excellent and the drawer inserts smoothly and easily. The controls are extremely easy to use. It is very easy to clean, but I like using paper liners to catch some of the grease and sticky stuff. The other day I made some Chinese Roast Pork that had a very sticky marinade that cooked on the bottom of the basket and not wanting to have to scrub it off I put about an inch of water into the bottom with a little splash of dishwashing liquid and ran the Cosori for 10 minutes at 200F and the cooked on mess came right off with very little effort. Next time I think I'm going to put a paper liner on the bottom of the basket as well as on the grill plate. The auto settings have worked out very well and I really appreciate the heating element on the bottom negating the necessity of turning over the food for almost everything. I highly recommend this product for the sheer joy of using it. Did I mention that it's very quiet, too?
