TidyBoard Meal Prep System - Bamboo Cutting Board - The Quick & Easy Meal Prep Solution, Gray

I don't review most of my purchases but thought Tidy Board deserved this one. I bought a Tidy Board off Amazon for my wife as part of her Christmas gift this last year. We didn't notice until about a week later after we washed all the containers that come with the Tidy Board that the board had a hairline crack in it (like some reviews show on here).I decided to reach out to Tidy Board directly and anticipated them telling me to go through Amazon, but I threw away the box already and washed all the other proprietary parts that came with it. The reply I got within 48 hours floored me. The customer service team sent me a replacement board with the same color feet no questions asked. I got it within 5 business days from their original response. Upon inspection, this board is flawless. They also told me to just hold onto the other board, although it has a hairline crack on the side, I'm sure it'll come in useful up at the cottage or something like that.I truly appreciate Tidy Board's customer service, and the product has been fantastic so far (much more convenient when preparing a meal -- as advertised!). They earned my business and 5 stars. I would recommend it to anyone that would like to make meal preparation easier, especially if you have little ones running around at home like we do. Saves us some time to have everything organized in small containers.Thanks again, Tidy Board!

This product is pretty amazing. It is sturdy, easy to clean, customizable and great quality.Pros: Saves counter space, shortens prep time and clean up, can be used for prep storage as well as rinsing and sorting. Easy to clean and comes with a variety of containers.Cons: needs to be treated with mineral oil to keep its sturdiness and the board itself is not dishwasher safe.TidyBoard has been great for our kitchen with limited counter space this has turned our sink area into a prep station without eliminating water/faucet use and has made our prep and clean up so much faster. I am super impressed with this product and was worth every cent. I wish there was an option for a fully dishwasher safe option to make this product perfect but handwashing the cutting board is well worth all of the other pros! I highly recommend this product.

We loved the idea of this product. The containers that accompanied the board are great and versatile for storage. But the first board after using it began to break and warp. We returned it. We loved the board and containers so much we thought it was just a faulty material problem a fluke so we ordered another one. As you can see in the second picture it happened again. Bummer. Real bummer is we have missed the window for a return. Great idea but don't buy it sorry the bamboo is a bad choice for the board. For the price for this board $100 should last for a long time. I hope the retailer will still honor a return and reach out to me. Sorry to have to write this bad review but there is a problem with this product.

I love the idea of the product, it’s attractive and clever, but I wanted to send a warning to others: carefully inspect your board before oiling it. Mine has a few cracks I didn’t see until I was oiling it, if I had caught that sooner I would have asked for a replacement. It will still work, but may not have as long a life as it should due to this flaw.

This board had some issues right away, Tidy Board is sending a new board.

This cutting board is really nice! So convenient having everything all there and the containers are great. I did have one issue with the board and the customer service was awesome and they're taking care of it. It was a manufacturer issue that they've corrected. I would recommend purchasing this board because it is really good quality and I can't say enough about the customer service I've received. You don't always get that anymore with a lot of vendors.

This is a great idea in concept. My husband was so excited to use this, and i was shocked i spent $100 on a cutting board. He smiled the whole time he was using it, because it was just so convenient for him to use. BUT, he went to use it again after washing it (like the directions said) and noticed a crack in the board where the containers go. Then, the rubber containers wouldn't fit. So, it was unusable. If they made the strip wider, it wouldn't crack as easily. I checked other reviews for this , to see if we just got a bad board, but there were many others like us. It's too bad, because it really is a good idea. Maybe they'll change the design a bit in the future, and I'll buy another one. We will have to wait and see.

So handy! Love this board. I liked it so much I gave some as Christmas gifts and they were a huge hit!
