Red lasts longer than the other hair dyes. Really like the color too.

The color is extremely red (very bright)
I purchased this product for my grandmother on September 2, 2018, but she did not use it immediately. She dyed her hair on October 12, 2018 and the color was bright red. She was very upset. I purchased (6) boxes. I am trying to return the (5) new boxes and the site stated the date was closed. I am stuck with a product my grandmother is unable to use.Help.
