I love these chocolates and will order them often. Great quality if a bit expensive.

I’d read reviews on this product and expected the best of the best. However, the box arrived with contents melted into an immobile blob that can only be separated/accessed by a hammer. When I went I see what I could do about this I found that this product can’t be returned or exchanged. So this low review is my only satisfaction. Oh, and the hammered apart toffee tastes old. Not great.

The Chapel Hill Pecan and Dark Chocolate toffee is both delicious and a wonderful sized gift for friends or family. We purchased a large number for a set of gift bags and all were fresh and unexpired and the price at Whole Foods is better than most other boutique options. Thank you Whole Foods and Chapel Hill!

Am addicted. Had to order some more before summer heat precluded further orders for awhile. Unfortunately, one piece in one box contained what appeared to be a shard of wood. I emailed a photo directly to the company simply as an FYI. They immediately responded, explaining no wood is used in their small-batch candy crafting process and likely it was an errant piece of pecan shell & wrote a gracious apology.Two days later a box arrived (well-packaged & including an ice pack) containing a whole large replacement box, a mini-box, and a lovely note. THAT is going “above-and-beyond” customer service.I am now Chapel Hill toffee loyal-for-life. The ingredients are top-notch, the toffee delectable (breaks into delicious shards), the chocolate, superb. Never stale, it’s worth every penny. Savor one piece and it might become your favorite indulgence + a box makes a perfect hostess or holiday or any-occasion gift.

Hello I would give this product 2,1/2 stars. I order six boxes for Christmas presents to my clients, when they arrived I immediately open one of them since I’m a fan of Toffe. I saw the small squares (about an inch)glued to each other and a few of them lose . Since they advertised dark chocolate I was exiting of the felling of a melting chocolate in my mouth. That was disappointing since the chocolate was of a very poor quality. The Toffee is delicious but the chocolate is not. I’m not going to return the items since they are presents but i like to give my costumers a treat and I’m not sure if this is going to be a good one. Mixed feelings about the product.

I’ve bought several times but the price jumped up. Perhaps will find something similar. Overall has been a good gift in the past and I usually keep a box in the freezer for the next occasion. Last week I ordered a different brand to compare.
