I have a bottle that I am currently using and the expiration date is February, 2017. There are 210 capsules, and I will be through this and several other bottles WAY before this date.

How long will 210 capsules last? 1 month? 2 months? 90 days?

Directions say Initial 1-2 months = 3 capsules per day. Economical Long-term = 1-2 capsules per day.

Very effective

Tried two other products before this one. One didn't work. The other tasted horrible, hard to swallow, and not that effective. Tried this product and am extremely happy. Easy to swallow, no taste whatsoever, and most importantly very effective. Pain issues in knees subsiding. Less neck, back, and overall joint pain. Am able to increase my fitness regimen in the gym. Taking three capsules a day. I will probably stay on this dose for maintenance. Picked up a separate MSM supplement as it is important to take MSM with this type of product.

Effective , no more pain

I have been having left knee sore/pain for last couple months . I have knee brace/ knee support but I feel still sore . I’m taking this product for 4 days. I feel so much better. Wake up with no pain . Amazing!!!
