Good Supplemental digestive aid....taste good and easy to take.

Got these to try by recommendation of a friend. The gummies are tasty and easy to digest. After using them for a week or so I did notice an improvement on my digestion and a little decrease in the bloated feeling I often experience. I would recommend taking them as a supplement but if on prescribed digestive medications wouldn't replace with these. Would buy again and recommend to others with mild digestion issues.

Pros: tasty - my kids love these and ask for them. Nutritious- research keeps coming out about gut health and microbiome helping with immunity, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
