Works great on my k9 collar

My dog has a stainless steel allergy so this has worked out well. And he seems far more comfortable in this than the long prongs, but they’ve broken twice. Dogtra has a solid warranty and quickly sent a replacement after a phone call and an email, but I’m not sure they’ll last.

Comfortable and effective.

The ones in the photo are just the ones I haven't tosed in the trash yet! Unfortunately they are the only option that works for me and when they work, they are great. They work really well for larger breeds like German shepherds but they keep breaking. They do NOT last long at all and forgot about any kind or warranty supporter. I've actually had to write this review more then once and have never received a response for help. For the price of these damn things a customer should be able to get service. It would be awesome if the brand would at least send replacement sides / wings when they end up breaking. It seems ridiculous to have to keep buying these things.

Posting this since a previous review could also mislead others to wrongly believe this is a good purchase for their circumstance. This product worked on my educator e collar BUT when it came time for charging it was not a good fit as the charger plug could not fit with the comfort pad on the receiver. I got a size regular for the right fit, but I do not recommend purchasing this for you educator (e collar technologies) if you do not want to have to remove the comfort pad every time it is time to charge your receiver.

These are an absolute necessity for my very thick coated German Shepherd Dog! Without them, it is very difficult to get a good/consistent connection, They've held up well and are easy to install.

We had the original piece that comes with the dogtra. Our goofy boy had no care about it. When training, he didnt seem to even know wed vibrate him. He also would get bare spots where the "prongs" sat. we looked into solutions, and this is a life changer! Seriously. We went from a dog who had no response at all and getting bare spots , to a new response and no more spots!Get it if you have any of these issues.

UPDATE: Dogtra customer service reached out to me promptly, apologized for the mistake, and sent me the right variant which is compatible with 1900X. The new one works like a charm, and I can access the power button.Be careful if you have 1900X series - this is not gonna work with your eCollar as it will cover the power button. I tried calling the customer service, and they confirmed that. They said they sell another version of it, but it's only available on their own website and not on Amazon. I'm pretty disappointed with their customer service since this hasn't been mentioned on the product description, and they didn't make any efforts to make it right (e.g. exchange it with the right one).
