Q: i bought these, however after a few months they won't turn on and the usb plug just goes green when pressed, can anyone help? are they broken?

I ordered mine in July and this has just happened to them. If I wriggle the USB plug around it tries to come back to life, suggesting the board is faulty, but it's broken. Has anyone and any luck with the seller resolving this issue?

Q: Are the hooks any good? Are the hooks actually needed?

I’m not sure what sort of hooks on them but yes definitely hooks. My daughter put them up for me as I’m older woman but what I can tell you is they wrapped a piece of string around the curtain pole first so they would have something to hook into all individual but definitely beautiful when light

Don’t think warranty needed they are not expensive items
