As previous buyer said, don't waste your money...
At first I was weary of buying this product, as there was only one review and it wasn't good. However, I decided to take the chance as there are very few products out there that simplifies this type of solution: a front and back camera, recording 720p footage for motorcycling. Especially at this price, and the fact that Amazon has a good returns policy.I tried the product on the first day I received it and to nobody's surprise, it didn't function correctly, if at all. It would freeze up randomly, the cameras would work or stop working randomly and it gave me no end of frustrations. (this was while trying to power it from my PC micro USB cable)I decided to test the provided 12v to 5v adapter with another device and confirmed it to be DOA.I then took it a step further and decided to invest in some of my own variety of brands of 12v to 5v DC to DC step down converters used for cars, bikes, boats etc.which finally got it working! There were two problems in the end:1. The supplied DC to DC adapter was DOA. On top of this I suspect you need at least 2A and the supplied one is only 1A because the DVR needs 1A and each camera takes 0.5 to 1A based on looking at what other cameras of similar types draw.2. Turns out the accessory port on my Yamaha Super Tenere was providing (for still yet unknown reasons) only 11.3V when the key was turned. When the camera was connected, this voltage dropped right down to 4.2v. Still no idea why.Fortunately there is another accessory port on the front right of the bike. When I tested that output with my volt meter, I found it to give me a decent 12.5v each and every time. I then ran the DC to DC adapter from that port to under my seat which then worked each and every time with the key turned on and off.The camera system now completely works each time and turns off a few seconds after ignition off, as expected.Another thing I like about this system is the cameras actually provide a very good quality of video and works extremely well in low light conditions. The video files are easily readable in say VLC on the PC.One thing to note is that I was unable to find an option in the menus to flip the camera video, so you will have to mount both the front and back cameras upside down to get the correct video (unless you are willing to do post recording conversions).TLDR; Get a seperate DC to DC (to Micro USB) converter that supplies at least 2A (mine provides 3A), and you're good to go.I'll update this review if I notice any further problems develop of the course of this next week, but so far it looks like it works a treat.Just consider if a fire and forget solution. Once hooked up, change the settings to your liking and leave it be.Hope this has helped others looking at this product.================================================UPDATE - After several days of trying to use the product, I've decided to return it for a refund. Random crashing and freezeups still occur with no apparent cause. I suspect flakey software and/or cheap components and/or bad soldering. After trying several power connectors and sources, multiple micro SD cards, and various settings and configuration options, it still randomly hangs.Best thing to do is avoid this product altogether. Really sad, as it was a good clean motorcycle solution.

Didn't expect much for the price but it was worse than I expected
The experience wasn't enhanced by them leaving me with a bill for import duty; Amazon quickly resolved that thankfully. I finally fitted the camera and the rear image is reversed which is annoying but not a real issue. However, the camera doesn't come on automatically most of the time. I keep looking when I find something I want to review, only to find the camera didn't start. When it does decide to record, the quality is so poor you can hardly make out a vehicle model or colour; no chance of a registration number if you ever need it. I wasn't expecting great images but they are not really workable; things are cheap for a reason I suppose. I wouldn't buy another one.

Ok. With a few glitches
I installed to the bike. Both cameras are oriented to be mounted to a flush surface that is 90 degrees to the axis of motion. Meaning that if the camera is mounted on the side of the bike then the cube needs to be removed from its bracket and reset so that it is upright.I used it today for the first time. It works ok. However, when reviewing the footage, the rear camera has reversed the image. I'm trying to work out how to correct this. If I turn the cam 180 degrees it just turns the image upside down.Other than that the footage is good. It is just 720 p so don't expect crystal clarity.
