I have been searching for a dietary supplement that is clean, organic, and rich in essential nutrients, without any added sugars or artificial colors and for sure this is the right one!. My son is an extremely finicky eater, throughout the days I have noticed a notable intake of different foods and enhancement in his immune system, particularly during the winter months. The supplement is easy to take, although the flavor is somewhat strong; However, he is able to tolerate it with a glass of water.

I’m really impressed with the Mary Ruth’s Kids Organic Multivitamin Liposomal. The liquid formula makes it a great option compared to gummies which get stuck in teeth and easier for my son with braces. I give it to them straight with no complaints. I also appreciate that it’s organic and cleanly formulated, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. My daughter is a tad picky. I insisted she’s tried this because she got older and is still not eating all her vegetables the way I would prefer. I told her she’s not gonna take her vegetables. She does need to take a vitamin to supplement some of it, she was OK with that. She does think it taste bad but with a couple water on the side, she’ll take it and take a drink of water and that’s it.I also tasted it not in front of her lol and I think it taste like crap, but I kept that opinion to myself. 🤔

It's good, but a little sour. my kids are getting used to the taste as its the best option we have tried to date.

My kids didn’t enjoy the thickness to it; BUT if you add it to smoothies and smoothie popsicles, they never know the difference.It has a sweeter taste. I can’t comment on vitamin content, in comparison to actually providing daily intake.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing taste and my son loves this mixed in with his morning yogurt smoothie. Great value and I feel confident he’s actually absorbing the vitamins instead of the added sugars in gummies. I do feel this is effective. We have been using for a year and my 2nd grader only missed 2 days of school due to me keeping him home. His nails have grown considerably, and he seems genuinely healthier.

I’ve been giving these to my son for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The taste is actually pleasant enough that they don’t fight me to take it — which is a big win in my book! I feel good knowing it’s organic and made with clean ingredients, and the liposomal delivery makes me feel like they’re really absorbing the nutrients.

So upset my 6 year son got sick after taking this for 3 days . He was completely fine before taking this I can tell his behavior was changing and throat was hurting after taking this as well. This product should be thoroughly researched ASAP I do not recommend at all . Parents please be aware !!!
