Q: Im taking my sons to monster jam 3 and 2 yrs old...are these good for them?

Couldnt say for certain, but it worked wonders for me. My 9 yr old daughter has super sensitive hearing and does not do well with loud sounds at all. We ha e not been able to enjoy any kind of fireworks show or even any movie that had loud soinds in them. But she was able to go to a local minor league baseball game where they set off a large fireworks display where the trailer was about 65 yds away from their seats without any issues. Q: Will these work for a three year old who is SUPER excited about lawn mowers?

They fit my five year old, and it seems they would fit a younger kid. Muffles all loud noises, as far as we have experienced so far.

Q: Can an adult with autism and sound sensitivity wear these. Or do they only fit a child?

I bought this for my 10 year old based on the sizing reviews that they fit adults comfortably and assume she will be able to use this as she grows. The box states these are for kids. I tried them on and they were painfully tight. I am an adult with a smaller than average head size, usually wearing a child's extra large. They are incredible for muffling noise and leave plenty of room to go around ears but I will not buy a pair for myself based on it being too snug.
