Honestly not sure how other reviewers are giving this 5 stars. I currently ship comics using a stay flat mailer with a 1/8 thick cardboard insert. This mailer absolutely cannot be used reliably protect the content from bending. It is filmsy and will bend. In addition, instead of regular self seal, it uses some kind of strange exposed glue that is not sticky at all, and makes putting item inside the envelope difficult as the glue will stick to the item as you put it in.i dont think i will ever find a rigid mailer that can safely ship comics with no bending, will just have to continue to use envelop + cardboard insert combo.

Just got these delivered today. I needed them for mailing 13 x 19 inch prints.1. They are NOT 20 inches! The fold mark is at 18-3/4 inches. The box even says 14-1.4" x 18-1/2". (See Photo)2. They are NOT rigid mailers they are cheap flimsy cardboard. I wouldn't trust mailing anything in them.3. The glue or whatever sticky material they are using to seal these closed is exposed so there is a risk getting any prints stuck when trying to insert them into the mailer.I would not recommend these at all.

Protects books well during shipping. No customer complaints of mashed book corners.

I like this product because the package is strong. There is no way to damage the 10" x 12" x 1/4" book that is placed in it. The seal on the package is almost impossible to break--won't open during shipment.

I was pleased to be able to buy this product in a large quantity. The mailer bags are sturdy and work well for mailing calendars.
