The watch does come with battery. The battery last three years or longer and keeps correct time. I highly recommend it. Not sure about warranty.

Is there a warranty with this watch?

I purchased this watch in June 2022. I did not receive a warranty with it. It was cheap enough, so I didn’t really care. It is a nice watch though.
