Not even close to what is pictured. No package or instructions come with. Absolute joke and wish i wouldn't have wasted my money trying to find a temporary solution for a family member

Its a bag of plastic fake teeth .with somekind of pkastic rolled up thin strip in it. No instructions.bags are opened. Omg. What is it????? What do you do????? Can i give a negative score?
