Only received latest order a couple of days ago but I was pleased with my previous order of this product. I used the last of it a fortnight ago and the recent warm weather combined with regular watering meant the grass came through much quicker. That patch of grass looks very good.

Good reliable grass seed - I use it to reseed small patches that my 2 large female dogs cause by weeing on the lawn. Scrape off any dead grass, spread the seed and cover thinly with compost/sand mix. Sprouts in under a week and growing and established by 2 weeks. Good reliable grass seed.

I seeded some bald spots on the lawn late November and have found it has sprouted nicely and looks like nice healthy grass

I made the mistake of putting this seed down on around a 15sqm area last week, hoping to review the results. Sadly it has yet to germinate, a combination of birds and the weather going to sub zero temperatures, has delayed germination, meaning the birds have had longer to consume the seeds. I also put a few of the grass seeds in a pot of compost on the window ledge as a back up germination test and the grass did start growing within a week.So once the weather warms up and stays warm I will put some more down and expect it to germinate as the grass seed indoors did. I will then update the review regarding the hard wearing claim made once the grass is well established. A good proportion of seeds, I know some bags of seed contain a lot of husks but not in the bag received. The bag can be sealed after use for storing any leftover seed, and the seed is certified by DEFRA.
