I just heard of these and thought I’d give them a try, as I hate cleaning the shop vac (Ridgid in my case). They work as advertised. I’ve vacuumed drywall mud dust and vacuumed the ash out of my wood stove, and no noticeable dust leaving the shop vac, and when I changed out the bag the blue vac filter was pristine. 5 out of 5 in my book.

Works as intended, but they fill up really fast. To avoid that, get yourself a cheap bucket cyclone kit from Home Depot. But yeah, they're vacuum bags and keep your filter clean.

These bags are cheaper than the Home Depot bought rigid bags and do the same thing. They fit my 15L (4 gallon) 5 hp rigid vac perfectly. Great addition when cleaning drywall dusts to stop blowout from the back of the vacuum once the filter is clogged with the fine dust.

This is a great product for those of us who have this model wet/dry vac. I have a pellet stove that on the third use, I like to vacuum out the black dust and wash the windows on the stove. Trouble is, the fine dust will easily clog up the round filter that it came with that will dimish the suction power. (The little wet/dry vac that I have could suck the paint off the walls out of the box). Using these vacuum bags is a life saver - my vac is back to normal and I don't have that mess of cleaning up the round filter - life just got a little easier.
