The mattress is soft, it is comfortable when sleeping but very uncomfortable when sitting on it. You just sink insde. We tried for 1 month and we gave a 2nd thought and decided to return this as foam mattress would be better for us.On the other hand the customer service of Serweet are very nice and professional. They were attentive on our feedback and offered us more options but it was not compatible with our choices. I'm giving 4 stars for their customer service.The return procedure with Evri was terrible but Amazon helped us to arrange with another courier that went smooth.

Wanted to try a bit of a softer matress after my last one and this is perfect. The top is nice as soft and the firmer lower section provides some nice support. If you want the firmest matress then this may not be what your after but overall I'm very satisfied. It was delivered very compactly vaccum packed in a box. Added photos show the softer top and the thickness of the mattress when in my frame and when lifted slightly out to see the full height.

Ordered this mattress based on the positive reviews given by other purchasers and we are glad we did. Old mattress was giving us hell and this new mattress is outstanding.Very comfortable with good support which I found has given me great relief from the usual nightly aches and pains. Doesn't lean when my partner comes to bed - its as if there are two separate mattresses.We have a friend who is disabled and needed a mattress to aid him in his night time discomfort and as such I have ordered a second for him as I believe that this will meet his needs.Very pleased with the purchase.Be careful when unwrapping ( they do warn you, but I didn't read ) as it is cleverly vacuum packed for shipping and it doesn't half fly out wen plastic is removed.

After unpacking i left it for about 12-14 hrs . It was amazing for the very first time. My sleeping quality is a lot better now. Firm and soft at the same time. Cant hear the springs at all. Comfortable! Love it. Would probably buy it again. Definitely recommended!

This mattress is so comfortable that you wont believe it. Super fast delivery, unpacking and 24 hours later was ready to go. Improve my sleeping with a very good support.

I bought the 8inch mattress because the 10 inch was not available. I was worried that 8inch mattress will not be thick enough but to my surprise it's actually far more thicker than my old mattress from Dreams. The mattress is a med/firm which is perfect for me. It's a great value for money indeed.
