Moen S7597SRS 90-Degree One-Handle High Arc Pullout Modern Kitchen Faucet, Spot Resist Stainless

I'm fast-becoming a fan of Moen plumbing products (see reviews of Moen bathroom hardware purchased several months ago. This faucet ain't cheap! But ....... I can't imagine a faucet that is easier to install, more stylish, or more functional. I've never had a "high arc" kitchen faucet before. Within 10 mins of installing this one, I'm unable to understand why "high arc" is not the standard for all kitchen faucets.My motivation for changing the faucet had less to do do with any dissatisfaction with my old faucet than with my desire to install an under-sink water filter with a small drinking water faucet above-sink. Since my sink has 3 holes and all were being used (one for the old faucet, one for the separate pull-out spray hose, and one for the dishwasher drain air vent). Without drilling a 4th hole in stainless steel (something I've done previously and don't want to repeat LOL) or replacing the whole sink with one that has four holes, my only option was to consolidate the pull-out spray hose with the main faucet (which this Moen model does nicely), leaving an unused hole for the filtered water faucet. This faucet effortlessly rotates on its axis in any direction, making most functions incredibly flexible -- even *without* using the pull-out spray. I also like the way the effortless way in which the spray can be shifted into a steady aerated stream at the touch of a button.My only complaint (minor) is that the GPM (waterflow) is less than in many other faucets, making tasks like filling up a large pot of water for boiling pasta slower than they would be with a faucet with a higher GPM rating. But this inconvenience is probably offset by the convenience of having no water splashing above the level of the top of the sink.As another reviewer commented, the removal of the old faucet took much longer (an hour) than the installation of this faucet (15-20 mins) once the old one had been removed.Elegant, functional, quality construction .... what more could you ask for in a faucet?

Just off the phone with Moen customer service. A number of things had worn out after 12 years, the handle housing, the pull out, and the cartridge were all working but had seen better days. Support rep requested to send a picture of the faucet to get the model and opened a warranty ticket. Email shows parts on order to make it like new again being sent. Does it get better than this? The internals of these faucets don't last forever. Think about it.

I purchased this product as a replacement for a Koehler kitchen faucet. The Koehler unit was installed in our new home and had already been replaced once in two years for a leaking pullout hose. I had previous experience with Moen faucets from my last home and found them to be reliable and easily serviced so I was looking for a contemporary Moen kitchen faucet when I found this model on Amazon. Reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried about spotting on the finish, but I ordered anyway. Product arrived right on time and was well packaged. Installation was pretty straightforward and directions were clear. The faucet is substantially heavier than the Koehler unit it replaced and has a very good feel in hand. The spray works well and the water control handle is very smooth. We have had no issues with the finish spotting. This is a very good quality unit that adds a real custom look to the kitchen. Couldn’t be happier so far.

Installed this model in May of 2014, it starting leaking right at the turning base of the faucet just before Christmas 2015. Called Moen on December 23rd in the afternoon expecting a big argument to get it replaced . . . no argument at all, they are shipping a brand new unit to us and expect it to arrive on January 6th as we didn't want to pay for express delivery (finding a plumber to install it during the holidays is close to impossible.) The lady on the phone was great!We have loved the way it looks so we are happy that we can just replace it and move on.2 stars for a product that lasts less than two years, 2 more stars for the warranty service for a total of 4 stars.

We are remodeling and updating our recently purchased older home in Tennessee. The search for a kitchen faucet that not only blended well with the decor but actually worked was important. I had purchased another faucet of comparable value and was not only disappointed in the advertised convenience of this item but could not get it to stop leaking. Since it was purchased at a reputable dealer I tried to return it. No luck - their 30 day time limit to return items had elapsed even though no plumber could fix it. So five months later and $400+ in the hole, I started a search on the Amazon website for one for which I had the part number. I found it, ordered it and it boasted a savings of over $100 compared to the retail dealers not to mention a two day delivery. It's beautiful, it works and even has a better warranty and return policy through Amazon. Thank you, thank you. Judy Brecka

I bought this tap back in May and am still unable to fit it. It is supplied from USA WITHOUT an adaptor for the UK plumbing system. Why is it sold in the UK?Neither Moen or Amazon seem capable of helping - Is there anyone out there who has successfully connected this tap in the UK who can put me in touch with someone who can supply an adaptor? If I don't find one my new kitchen and worktop has to be uprootedIf you haven't got an adaptor don't bother - who wants a lovely tap that doesn't work?

Love the look and has done its job. Its been two years and I had to replace the extension hose. It started leaking an inch from the wand. Also the handle has come loose but is easily popped back into place. Still worth the look and price.

We installed this in our new modern kitchen and we love it. Paired with a large Blanco stainless steel sink and it looks like something from a magazine. This is one of Moen's higher end faucets and you can tell. Don't be fooled by the cheaper Moen products sold by the big box stores. They don't compare to the higher end line. You get what you pay for!!!!
