5 stars, take it with a grain of salt.
For a small room & for the fact they are fanless convection heaters, they are great little units.Very good close proximity heat in a small room like my pictures, takes 5 minutes to be noticeably warm when standing in front of them. Keep in mind I have two 250 watt models, it takes about 20-40 minutes to start warming a small room VERY well with a partially closed door. Our bathroom is 5’ wide by 14’ deep, by 7’ tall.HOWEVER, install can easily turn into a nightmare. The plastic threads are crappy & way out of tolerance. This is a big problem if you are installing purely on drywall & not off studs. When you twist your end caps on, it is extremely easy to accidentally twist the whole pin that is mounted in your drywall. Which reams a big hole in the drywall making your mount almost worthless. TRUST ME, I do construction, they are VERY delicate wall mounts. ESPECIALLY if you do not position them perfectly with the panel holes. I HIGHLY recommend having someone hold the panel on the wall, & mark your holes. DO NOT USE THE PAPER TEMPLATE THEY SEND, it’s way off. If you do not position those pins perfectly, you DO NOT have the chance to move them over an 1/8 of an inch or more. Worse comes to worse, take everything off, get a strong fiber spackle, fill all your holes WELL, take a break & try again tomorrow when it’s dried. Don’t pull out your hair. Also if your holes are slightly oblong like 1 of mine, the panel will chip off a bit of its “spackle-like” material. Similar to if your pins aren’t perfect to the holes on the panel, having to force the panel into the pins will likely chip the panel more, check my pictures. It’s not a huge deal, just put any generic white caulking over the chipped spots. Remember, it’s a $89.00 fanless, red hot coil-less, splashproof, convection heater. Overall, 5 stars for that, install is a royal pain though beware.

Great Customer Service and delightful smell
The media could not be loaded. I installed this in my daughter’s small bathroom. Replaced a loud, ugly, built-in forced-air wall heater with a yellowed plastic cover from the ‘70s. This new heater does a great job heating this small room. Would probably work in larger spaces. I didn’t get a plug-in thermostat, I just use the eWeLink app to set an on/off schedule. Installing the app definitely gave me the vibe I was sharing all my personal info with China... but I’m pretty sure they’ve already got it. I bought the version with the glass heat guard. Feels nice and warm to the touch but won’t burn my kiddo if she puts a hand on it. I think it looks really nice too. The pictures don’t really do it justice. Now to the two big items:1. The smell. Yep. It’s awful. I actually left it out of the box on my back porch for over two months (I was gutting and redoing the entire bathroom and got busy with my day job so my project was delayed)... got ready to install and it the smell was STILL strong. The fix? I put it in my garage and plugged it in. Ran it for two days (turned it off at night). The smell is gone. No issues whatsoever. I feel bad for the folks that hung it on a wall and ran it immediately. It would definitely be overpowering. Do yourself a favor, unpack it outside and then plug it in outside, in a garage/shed, etc. Let it run. Grab a beer. Drink in moderation for a couple of days and when you come back it’ll be right as rain.2. Customer Service. I’m blown away. EconoHome Inc shocked me with quick and fantastic customer service. As mentioned above, I unpackaged the heater and let us sit for a several months... so it was only when I went to install that I realized I was missing the plastic brackets that hold the glass heat guard in place. I’m 99% sure that I tossed them out with the packaging. I didn’t have much luck getting the company on the phone, but Amazon got me an email address and EconoHome was super-fast with their response. Even though I let them know I probably tossed the parts, they sent me a new set free of charge. Even sent me a follow-up email after the parts arrived to make sure I was good. Blown-away. A couple of other wall heaters in my home need to be replaced and I’ll definitely go with these convection heaters and will definitely buy from EconoHome. For bonus fun, checkout their website EconoHome dot net for a video of dad starting a wood fire in the living room.

If you like heaters that are ugly, smell, and don't have temperature control, buy this.
It has a very unfinished look with a foil heat shield that goes against the wall and is visible. It smells. It has no temperature control. It is either on or off. That's it.It has no instructions on how to setup on WiFi. I'm an expert in networking and I finally gave up.It uses the eWeLink app which is a really sketchy Chinese app that needs your location information.Sending back.

Good product, serves purpose I needed it for
I bought this heater because it's rated IP44 which is sufficient for the area I needed (enclosed outdoor entryway) to provide additional heat source for the dogs. Because it's outdoors I didn't have an issue with the initial smell. Once it warmed up it put out good heat (115°) that wasn't unsafe for the dogs should they brush/lean against it and doesn't pose a fire hazard to the straw. I used the heat sheet that came with it to reflect as much heat as possible. This heater combined with an overhead heat lamp is keeping my dogs comfortable although the temps outside are single digits. The area is dry, out of the wind, and warm.

100 feet, no way. ~30 feet on a timer? Heck yeah.
I love this thing. We put it on a timer and the bathroom is always toasty in the morning. It makes getting up pleasant and we don't have to have the whole house fully warm during that hour or so as we're mostly in the bedroom/bathroom getting ready. The biggest issue? 100 feet is laughable. 250 watts is 1/6th of the 1500 watts of the average space heater and it takes some time for that big (ceramic?) block to heat up. Heating 100 feet is not going to happen anytime soon. If you do plan on heating up that large a space, you NEED a timer and you need to get it going a few hours ahead of time. Even for the 25-30 feet I'm using mine for, it really helps to have it kick in an hour early. If you turn it on in the morning it will only be getting satisfying, even in a very small space, by the time you're done and leaving for work.
