These are great. I have severe arthritis in me knees, hips and feet, as well as flat feet. I've tried a lot of orthotics over the years. These are the best commercially available insoles I have tried. I started with one for a pair of shoes I love but can't wear more than a few hours. I loved them so much that I've now bought three pairs for 3 different pairs of shoes. They provide great support for my arches and feel good to my feet. My arthritis doesn't seem as bad. This is not bad for the price!

Insoles are as described, I have no issues other than getting use to wearing them. They were easy to fit in my shoes.

Didn't get much from these CC insoles. Didn't feel a difference whatsoever for the price. Won't purchase again.

I have tried dozens of orthotic insoles over the years, both off-the-shelf and custom-made. I have flat feet and overpronation. This is now my favorite off-the-shelf insole, and is a great value for the price. My second favorite are Superfeet, but Superfeet are very stiff compared to these insoles. I like that these insoles are flexible and soft, but still provide support where it is needed. I'm using them in my athletic and non-athletic shoes. I've only been wearing them for a month, so am not sure how these will hold up over an extended period of time (so far they're holding up well), but so far I am very happy with my purchase.

There was just something wronge with these shoe inserts. I was prepared to love them, but found them to be stiff and uncomfortable. In fact, after wearing them for a few hours, I started to experience an ache in the arches of my feet.

Too big for the show,even though I ordered the right size

I usher basketball games and park cars for football, both on concrete so I needed something to wear in my shoes to provide cushioning and these are perfect. After 4+ hours on my feet I did not have near the fatigue that I had prior to using these. They can be cut to fit your shoe also and that is a definite plus. I have several products from Copper Compression and they are all of excellent quality and help reduce & relieve pain greatly.

They’re much firmer than I’d anticipated but could be great for someone who is looking for a firm support. They are not cushiony which is what I was looking for
