Q: Which tesla mode does this product fit with?

This kit fits with 2021-2023 Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. Attention: it doesn't fit with 2016-2020, 2024-2025 Tesla Model 3 and Model Y.

Q: I don’t feel confident installing this kit?

We provide everything you need in the package for this installation. We have a manual guide and a detailed step-by-step video tutorial. Additionally, if you have any questions, feel free to let us know. We are always happy to help.

Q: Is there a way to route the cables without messing up my center console interior?

We have upgraded all the neon light kits with an exclusive patented armrest organizer to cover all the wires so as to maximize the storage space of armrest box and keep it neat.

Q: Will the light strips fall off under extremely warm and cold environment?

No. We have upgraded both 3M tape and installation method. When you install the dashboard, please put the light tube on the dash instead of under the ventilation so there will be no sagging at all.

Q: Does the product come with after-sales service? Why my strip fades out?

Yes. We provide one-year after-sales service. And please do not fold the light tubes during installation, otherwise light transmission will be impacted. We provide replacement lights for you. Any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
