Q: does it include the GOBO?

No. Gobos are not included. The unit does come with a gobo holder, but it is empty (no surprise). The gobo holder appears to be designed to accept standard 'V' size gobos (appx. 1" OD with an appx. 3/4" image area. Aka 'Intellibeam' size.) . It's worth noting that Chauvet's tech manual does not quote the standard dimensions for 'V' size gobos. [They are, however, the only standard gobos this small and the holder is designed with that size in mind.] It's also worth noting that not all gobo patterns are available in this size and the ones that are are those generally intended for use in 'moving light' style fixtures. Also: No the gobo holder does not rotate (so 'fixed' pattern only).

Q: keeps rotating through all colors and we can’t get it to stop on any one color. Manual is useless. Anyone know how fix? Or did we get a defective one?

Are you using it with DMX? Something is telling the wheel to spin. Could be a wrong DMX channel or possibly wrong mode(which I'm not certain it offers). If you are not using that it sounds like you have a defective unit. Those colors shouldn't be cycling unless you press that color button. Could be a bad button switch on the panel?

Q: Does this unit have a cooling fan?

i believe it does. it works absolutely great! We use it in my nightclub downtown Orlando. ROOM22Orlando, follow us on IG and you'll see the light being used! :)

Q: Does the strobe feature work without dmx? if so, is it a fast strobe?
