Nivea Men Dark Spot Reduction Cream, 150Ml

Not too sure what some people are saying about the scent? It smells just fine and actually good? Smells like any other lotion or hydrating product. Not greasy and easy to apply. Only need a small dab and hydrates well. I definitely notice a lightening of all age spots (getting old at 53yo) and has an added hydration benefit. I added this to my simple Retinol (every other night) and Vit C (every other day) and Sun Screen (every day) regiment. The key is using it consistently once to twice a day. It is NOT going to remove all the freckles or age spots but definitely lightens them. I have been using it now for 8 weeks and I (and my wife) have definitely noticed a difference.

I was skeptical but I put it on my dark spots nightly and saw some lightening in color is a week. One spot on my wrist has shrunk to be 1/10th the size. I just finished the first can over the last several months and started on a new one.

Questionable whether it really reduces dark spots. I haven't noticed much of a difference. Very perfumy, like strong deodorant (or Irish Spring soap), but the odor fades quickly as it dries. I really wish it came in an unscented version.

First, I should have researched on my own to see that this product is not sold in the US by Nivea. When I received the item, it was badly shrinkwrapped. When I opened the tin, there was foil on it that was not factory sealed. I learned it was from India after purchase. I did actually put some on my skin and after about 15 minutes washed it off as my skin started to burn. I don't trust this is even the official Nivea product that is sold in India. I returned for a refund.
