It actually run pretty small. I found with hiking or cargo pants I have to go up at least 2 sizes. I normally wear a size 7/8 and in these I ordered a size 12 and they fit a little baggie.

They are stretchy, but I wouldn’t say “ninja moves” stretchy..

I'm sorry I can not speak of the length as I purchased two pair of shorts of this style for my daughter. They did fit true to size on the waist/hips, for what it is worth. I hope the manufacture can give you inseam length. I would think you might be looking for 30 - 31" inseam to reach your heel (I am also 5'7") Good luck!

I'm 5 feet approximately same weight as you. I order size 4 little long for me but works with shoes. I love them. So comfortable you hardly see me in anything else since I first ordered over year ago.
