I use this headset daily as I work in construction and it's handy to have 2 so swap one out every day while charging the other. After about 3 weeks one of them completely died. Won't turn on, won't charge, no LED lights of any kind, totally dead.Until that happened I loved the battery life which lasted all day reliably and the sound was good. Just wish it didn't brick itself so fast. Worst part is in order to return it I'd have to send back the other one, which is working, and then since it's a used product the return policy states is likely not get a full refund and replacement wasn't an option. Such a shame.Update 8.26.24Customer service reached out and offered to make things right by replacing the order or refunding it. I had already ordered the same headset and except for the one that died I have been very satisfied with it so I opted for the refund. They promptly credited back the full amount and I highly recommend this headset now. Solid product and top notch support. Edited to 5 starts!

I've had two sets of these now. The older model lasted me 2+ years of heavy and near daily use. I only replaced them when one of the headphone cables finally started cutting out, but I was happy with the cost, battery life, and quality.The second set, which was this newer 'shark' model was a little more disappointing. The audio quality was noticeably worse (way more tinny and lighter on the bass) and the magnets in the ear buds were reversed so they would not keep together and I couldn't stow them. It made it more annoying to bend down and get hit in the eye by the earbuds. I still used them almost daily for hands free calls and general audio, but people I talk to through them do comment that the mic quality is not the best. And now it's been 6 months since I ordered them and one earbud has completely died. I'm torn about ordering a new set. My first set was so good, especially for the price point, that it makes me hope that the second set was just a fluke. On the other hand, the second set is generally disappointing, but the battery life still means I can go several days on a single full charge even when I forget to turn the headphones off and it goes into standby.If you are looking for a cheap set of headphones that can handle some wear, it's hard to beat the price of these. Battery life is great, audio is just okay. Even at it's worse it's mediocre but not bad. The quality of the headphones, in my experience, varies.

FIRST UNIT: I COULDN'T GET IT TO TURN ON. I HAD THESE BEFORE WHEN IT WAS MPOW BRAND AND HAD NO TROUBLE.UPDATE: SO I HAVE DETERMINED THAT THIS UNIT WILL NOT TURN ON DIRECTLY AFTER I REMOVE IT FROM BEING CHARGED. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY AND THERE IS NO INDICATION IN THE USER MANUAL THAT THIS WOULD BE SOME KIND OF SAFETY FEATURE. I'M CHANGING REVIEW TO 3 STARS AS THE UNIT DOES WORK AFTER IT TURNS ON.SECOND UNIT - UPDATE: AUG 1, 2023 - THE SELLER "YOSDOM" CONTACTED ME THROUGH AMAZON AND OFFERED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, WHICH THEY DID SATISFACTORILY. IT TOOK A WHILE, BUT IN FACT I DID RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT WHICH WORKS PERFECTLY. THANK YOU TO YOSDOM FOR FOLLOWING UP WITH THESE REVIEWS AND DOING THE RIGHT THING! I WILL VISIT THEIR STORE AGAIN.UPDATE: SEPT 1, 2023 - THIS ITEM HAS WORKED UNTIL YESTERDAY. I HAPPEN TO WALK AWAY FROM MY PHONE (DEVICE THAT THIS HEADSET IS CONNECTED TO) A COUPLE TIMES AND BOTH TIMES THE HEADSET VIBRATED TO LET ME KNOW I WENT OUT OF CONNECTION DISTANCE, WHICH IS GREAT. THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED THOUGH, I WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE CEVICE AGAIN. I TRIED TO TURN THE HEADSET OFF THEN ON AGAIN, ONLY TO FIND THAT THE HEADSET WAS NOT RESPONDING TO TURN OFF, AND WOULD NOT TURN ON AGAIN EITHER. I ASSUMED THE BATTERY WENT DEAD SO I CHARGED IT OVERNIGHT. THIS MORNING THE RED LIGHT WAS STILL ON WHEN PLUGGED IN. IT NEVER CHARGED, AND I CAN'T GET IT TO TURN ON AT ALL! I FEEL LIKE THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE CIRCUITRY OR THE PROGRAMMING OF THE PCB AS THIS UNIT IS BASICALLY DOING THE SAME THING THAT THE FIRST UNIT WAS DOING. SO ESSENTIALLY THIS UNIT IS DEAD AFTER A COUPLE WEEKS. IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH WALKING OUT OF CONNECTION DISTANCE TO THE CONNECTED DEVICE, SEEMS TO MAKE IT VIBRATE TO FAILURE. AGAIN, I'M DISAPPOINTED. I HAD MY MPOW JAWS FOR YEARS!

these headphones are very good. I am very satisfied with them. Their sound is very good and real. Their Bluetooth system also surprises me. This is a good product. Using them makes me hear everything very real and clear. And it is also very good to look at.
