It’s a great bathroom light fan that is easy to install, especially if you already have an existing hole that housed only a light (not a light and fan combo). It’s literally just a simple swap using screws that mount to the wooden joists.The overall functionality was what I expected. It’s quiet, powerful, and has a warm colored light. It works so well that it pulls open the glass door slightly to get some air in the enclosed shower.The light bulb it comes with is a special bulb to allow sufficient air flow. I added a photo here as well.The wiring can be done to where the light and fan have a separate switch, or come on using a single switch.I have no complaints about the white plastic housing/trim. I personally think it looks good.It comes standard with a 4” outlet. I used insulated duct work for mine that leads to the outside.Before you purchase, just make sure it fits where you plan on placing it. Also imagine where the air outlet will be facing because you supposed to avoid sharp bends when you route your exhaust.If I can do it, you can do it too!

I replaced a standard 6" can lightvin my walk-in shower. It fit perfectly. I choose to add a adhesive seal between the aperture and attic side of the ceiling to ensure a good seal, but it probably wasn't necessary. I used a dimmer switch and can confirm that the light is disable. It's a very quiet fan and really moves air.

I am a licensed Interior Designer. I use these on every bathroom remodel. Removes the old, ugly, loud bath exhaust and adds much needed light in the shower area. You will wish you bought one sooner. Pushes a lot of air, silently. LOVE THESE!

I love the fact that it doesn't look like there is a fan in the bathroom but there is one! I also love that it does a good job at clearing the bathroom of moisture and odors while being very quiet.We had this installed in the ensuite bath to our guest/sick room. It's easy to leave the fan on and forget it - I've done that overnight a couple times because I fell asleep with the fan going. It was so quiet I didn't even realize it.

As a contractor, I love this product. Clients so prefer it over the typical square grill with a plastic light cover stuck in the ceiling. The biggest limitation is a max 80cfm. Fine for a typical powder room or hall bath with tub, but weak for a decent shower or master bath. SOLUTION: The cost of two of these plus installation is comparable to two can lights plus a Panasonic 110cfm fan. Clients and designers have embraced this approach, eliminating the square grill in the ceiling all together. They will make a little more noise (than a single 110cfm), but still very quite compared to typical bath fans. I have the electrician wire the lights together and the fans together so you have a standard single light switch with single fan switch operation, but switching can be configured anyway you want to operate them. I recommend running a 4” duct from each fan to a Y adapter that will connect to a single 6” duct to the exterior vent cover. That will help maintain 90% or more cfm (145+/- for combined fans), and keep fan noise at a minimum (very quiet operation).

Love that this unit is so quiet! Only wish was that gap around light bulb wasn't so obvious. When you look straight up at it, it doesn't look so nice. But it works very well.

Easy to install and very quick to spin up. I replaced my Bathroom Recessed lighting with this recessed light plus fan. Now I can air out my bathroom quickly. Quiet operation and fan gets up to speed in about 1 second. I used a large 6" vent tubing to allow for maximum flow out.The only downside is the included LED bulb is 2700k with the funky GU24 socket that is not readily available anywhere. I ended up adding a GU24 to E26 adapter and was able to put in my own 5000k LED to match the entire home. Had to modify their original GU24 socket to widen it to fit but was not difficult.

I bought this fan to replace the typical plastic square fan light combo you find in almost every bathroom today. We were remodeling the whole bathroom and upgrading to a cleaner more modern design. Having a single LED recessed light complemented the look we were going for and it has a really low scone rating. After uninstalling the old one patching the ceiling and installing this one what a difference. Nice clean look and whisper quite operation.Pros:- Clean looks- Super quiet- LED- Bright- Fairly easy to installCons:- More expensive then the competition, but worth it for the noise reduction- Inside housing is black and shows when looking at the light.- Requires special LED bulb when it's time to replace itOverall:Worth the price is you are looking for a ultra quite light that does not look like the typical bathroom vent fan.
