I have been buying simular plant lights from my local ...
I have been buying simular plant lights from my local hardware store. They were to last 5000 hours, but alwas burned out after one month. This light has made it several months so far and still going.

Poor quality! Burned out after two weeks.
The bulb burned out into second week of use. Poor quality!

Horrible product. Puts out very little light
I installed these bulbs right before I left for 4 days. When I returned 50% of my azalea seedlings had died from lack of light. Horrible product. Puts out very little light.

Meh. Nah.
Bought two, one failed after a month. It does grow things but not if it burns out. Update! Second one failed after almost four months. Not good.

Great size, fits in swing arm lamps, but not 30W
This grow light bulb fits in a standard swing arm desk lamp, so you don't need a special fixture to accommodate larger bulbs of this wattage. The light has a definite pink/purple hue, which is great for plants but a little harsh on the eyes. We put ours on a timer and are happy to see seeds germinating for the spring.Edited 3/28/17 - I measured the bulb with a Kill-a-watt and it is only 10W, not 15W, so not sure about the "30W equivalent" rating. Still we are happy with the bulb. Just down one star.

it works just as good or even better than my Swiftrans 24W LED which ...
I rarely post reviews unless asked to or a product really blows me away. This light surprised me because it is more a dim, soft blue color than your traditional blindingly-bright-pink LED grow light (although it has 22 red LEDs). However, it works just as good or even better than my Swiftrans 24W LED which has big, bright LEDs. Have this over a seedling tray with every vegetable under the sun and they are all growing amazing with this light. 100% recommend, especially because it won't blind you if you are using it in a room dedicated to other things than growing.

Wonderful Growing Tool
This light managed to make my sideways facing seedling point straight up in a matter of 12 hours. This light is great!
