Great product and value for money. Delivered promptly and a ticket raised for installation automatically. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained clearly. The machine is completely noiseless and the dishes were extremely clean. We tried 3 programs so far. We liked ECO clean. We tried both detergent and tablet. The tablet seems to be more effective with the Eco program. Very happy with the machine so far.

Simple to use and effective.

Very simple and must have for all small houses

Dishwasher in itself is good and cleans the utensils pretty well. However Godrej’s service is very bad.After a usage of 1 year my dishwasher started leaking and even after 1 month of raising request with support team, it is not yet fixed. The technician who came to check had no idea how to troubleshoot the issue and I had to force him to open the dishwasher and find out the root cause.I now regret for not opting for Bosh and other brands that have good support in Bengaluru.I would suggest you check the support in your area before buying this dishwasher or go for other brands to be on safer side.

Good product

I bought this dishwasher as our house help was continuously ineffecient in washing utensils. They used to leave oil spots and tea cream on the edges of the cups and plates. One more thing that hurt me the most was the water consumption by the househelp, so bought this machine to my surprise the utensils get cleaned so good that they sparkle just like new.Some downside i would say is that you would need to remove all the food particles or else they will get stuck in the filter and the machine is not applicable for silver and aluminium utensils, because they react with the chemicals and turn black thats y we should also avoid the aluminium vessels completely as they will leach into food too.One of the reasons to buy was these machines completly sanitise the utensils as they are washed with hot water.The machine required three things that you will buy with machine and they are diswasher salt, detergent and rinse aid. They improve the Life of the machine as well as the utensils. The cost of each wash comes with these material comes to around 25 to 30rs which i see is very affordable for the level of cleaning i get, as our househelp was costing me for the same task around 70 to 80 rs.

Bought the dishwasher online after checking reviews and comparison with other brands for counter top 8 place settings. my assessment is that all brands are made in china but designed in germany. all have the same program functions with different looks on the outside. advantage with godrej - pricing, looks and power fail safe mode.the unit came promptly thanks to amazon. with a competent electrician and plumber, we were able to install it.machine has stainless steel on 5 sides on the inside including door but the bottom is ABS type plastic.installation and demo was promised for monday - none came. booked another service request for tuesday. none came. Finally, with the help of user manual and phone to godrej service team - made settings for salt and rinse aid. had ordered detergent salt and rinse aid before hand. salt settings required some inputs from the internet and the help of my neighbor. changed from H4 to H3. salt filling is an art. keep a long pencil or spoon handy to shake and level the salt. and do it slowly. no quantity is mentioned for filling the rinse aid - do it carefully.in 5 days, have used eco, regular, intensive, lite modes. lite seems as effective as others. one learns how to stack and how much to expect from the machine. have now changed rinse aid settings from 4 to 3 and changed it back to 4.With a lot of power cuts in our area, UPS seems like the only way out. but no clear guidance is available from godrej about it.The delay feature is good for overnight scheduling of the washing cycle. however, it did not work in our case - most likely because power went and came back and thus the mc lost that setting. power fail safe mode is good but regular power supply is desirable.the intensive mode did not clean the tea stains from the tea cooking vessel or the SS pressure cooker. but those are easy to clean especially immediately after the cycle is over.tablets apparently do a better job than detergent powder, rinse aid and salt. yet to try them out.

Product is good and very handy to use, best for small families. Installation was ontime with flexible timings and well explained about the use of product.
