I got this corset because I needed something adjustable. I have a really odd shape, very large waist compared to the rest of me.It fits a little bit larger than I thought it would. I have it at its tightest point at the top and looser toward the bottom because of my shape. But that's not all that big a deal. I can get another one as I lose weight (I am dieting and excercising in addition to waist training).Lacing it up was a total trial at first. You will need to work with where it laces on different parts of your back to figure out the perfect fit. But now that I have the lacing done it's easy to put on each day just by closing the front hooks.I like that there are so few hooks compred to many adjusters. Makes things much quicker!It isn't boned anywhere except the very front, but it seems like that alone is keeping my back very straight, which is amazing.It looks beautiful; I love the look.All in all, a great buy at a very low cost.

I can't even describe how much I enjoy this corset. I originally got the 6x in purple for my 40" waist, but the laces bottomed out before it was very tight. I found a guide on the internet, and reordered a 4x in black. This one fits very well indeed! I'm seriously impressed with the amount of support this corset is giving me, and still feels rock solid. It seems to be an excellent quality, considering it cost me less than $11! I am considering buying several more, especially the various jacquard patterned ones which are so beautiful! The feeling of wearing this corset is like no other I have found. I found I have much better posture and I feel calmer when wearing it.*UPDATE*I now own 11 of these bad boys to coordinate with my various outfits. I find that wearing one of these gives me a bit more confidence for some reason. Maybe because I'm not worrying my belly is bulging out? I love that they not only have satin in solid colors, they have the most beautiful jacquard patterns too! I also love the lines and the look of a beautiful swing dress (of which I apparently own many). ;-) When I wear a Petticoat and stockings with the dress, the look is so soft and Retro (think 50s and 60s). When I add one of these corsets on top (contrasting colors are awesome!), it gives the dress a bit of a harder edge than the dress usually has by itself. I have a white swing dress with pink roses all over it and wear a white Petticoat underneath, the look is classic and beautiful. When I add the black satin corset with red laces over the top and pair it with my black knee-high boots laced in red, it's a much harder look. Think "June Cleaver" meets Dominatrix. ;-*

This corset was an amazing find for the price and fit my halloween costume perfectly. It was super easy to tighten the back and made my waist look snatched while also being breathable. I loved the details on the corset as well. I got sent the wrong corset, but I ended up loving this one so it’s not a big deal at all. The one I ordered had purple at the top and bottom, but the one I got had black at the top and bottom. Regardless, I’m super happy with my purchase.

It was just a tiny bit too big even laced 100% tight. The strings are also a huge pain to try to deal with at that length, they could easily be half the length and be ok. It was cute af and decent enough quality that once I get the money refunded to my account, it will immediately be going to the purchase of a smaller size and I’m so excited to see how much better it will look!

The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant at first with this because it was so cheap and there was no way it was going to be good quality. That and all the varying size reviews... I decided to bite the bullet because I needed a corset ASAP for a ren faire and wouldn't have time to get a nice one. I ended up ordering a 3X, 4X (per chart), and 5X (I wear size med/8 normal clothes), and at a $14 price point, i coukd afford to do that. The 4x was fine but didn't have any room to cinch up, so I ended up keeping and wearing the 3X. I received so many compliments. The color and fabric we surprisingly stunning and I was able to wear for 8+ hour comfortably. Don't be like me though and actually put on not upside down. It'll be way more comfortable.

I never leave reviews, this corset is so awesome. i was a bit nervous while putting it on for first time, (i'm 5'4" about 116 when i feel best/skinny and 124 when i feel like i need to start chillin on the extra snacks for a few weeks haha) . i feel very bloated today. and will be hitting the gym before my event in a month for it. SOOOOO , started putting on an XS, nervous bc i had to keep taking out the back ribbons so i was like shhhiiii**** do i need to get a Small.... No! it ended making way more sense when i finally got those silver latches on, those were a bit hard but im glad they are. they feel sturdy but its just a little difficult. Once I figured them out, i could tie the back up ALL BY MYSELF super tight: I AM SO IMPRESSED how the ribbons WERE ALREADY on and in such a way that the tie ends up in the middle (not directly above the booty but in middle of the back) (WHICH might be standard i have no idea, i've DEF gotten corsets before that were not laced up like this-never felt sturdy or controlled). I feel like these corsets are worth $150! not only for how well built it is but THEN the design is absolutely GORGEOUS velvet-ty, looks rich/authentic (but not hot bulky or scratchy!!). this corset is awesome dude, if youre thinking of getting it at ALL, get it. (((im getting more in different colors bc i want to be wearing them more often. and no nobody told me to write this review, im a random nobody in the middle of nowhere just in love w these corsets!! :]
