Good Quality, Excellent Weight, Reasonable Price
I have had this red dot for about two years now. I bought it here on Amazon. I had a need for a lightweight, decent quality and affordable optic. This is a good one. I have an astigmatism in both eyes, so I see the red dot and a bit of a snowflake effect. This defect of the eyes has not stopped proper operation of the AT3 optic. I can still hit on target at various ranges. Funny enough... if you turn down the brightness on the optic, the effect of the astigmatism decreases. Myself and my mother have it, but my father and two sisters do not.I could not detect any parallax, being trained years ago at my job to spot it. If you look at the optic and shake your head left and right somewhat quickly, that red dot would dance around if there was severe parallax. The dot remains on the target as I bring my eyes up to it. I can't really say what brightness I use it at- I dial it in if I have time to about what feels comfortable for my eye. One feature I really like is that I can "half turn" the brightness dial to turn the optic off, then repeat the process to get the desired number intensity that I want.I use the bikini covers when I can, but not often. I've misplaced one of the turret caps, but that is my fault. That turret has held up just fine. After purchasing the optic, I noticed that the sales description did not state whether the optic would take the recoil from a 12 gauge shotgun. I got a fast response from the company: "Yes, it will take the recoil of a 12-gauge". So on the shotgun it goes! I have not noticed a loss of zero, even on a Keltec Sub 2000. I have a second unit for another long gun and would consider this affordable option for future needs. I happen to like these tubed, 20mm to 25mm red dots.

Almost perfect
After doing a bunch I research, I decided to get this red dot over one from Primary Arms and Bushnell of about the same price. This dot is solid. However, the manual suggests tightening its screw to 20 in lbs of torque. I did 18, just to not risk over tightening.Within just a few minutes of being mounted, the screw broke and the red dot flew off. Luckily, I had another screw of the same size and was able to use it. Seems fine now.

Broke on install
The bolt simply broke off shortly after install.I used a torque wrench and tightened it at 15in-lbs, well below the recommended limit.I've owned an identical red dot for 5 years which survived heavy use. This one could not even survive installation...Disappointing.

“Amazing little sight”
Well, I received the sight and was very impressed with the looks and craftsmanship right out of the box. My son had previously owned one of these sights and told me that I wouldn’t go wrong in getting one to go on a lever gun that I own. Well as it turns out, he was absolutely right! I have always believed in “you get what you pay for”. With that said, I was a little skeptical of the low price of this sight compared to more popular brands. Sorry I have no images at this time. But I did mount the sight and made a trip to the range. I wanted to line it up zeroed at 50yds. So I first shot one shot at 25 yds to see if I was on paper. The shot was almost exactly 4” low and 4” to the right. (Keep in mind that I did not bore sight this rifle) I then moved it 16 clicks up and 16 clicks left as would be correct to move this sight 1/4” for every click at the 25 yd distance. The next shot was almost exactly where I wanted it. I moved it one more click left and shot a group 1/2” below bullseye, which was what I wanted for it to be dead on at 50yds(22 magnum) I then shot it at 50yds and nailed bullseye. I am a believer in this amazing sight. I recommend others give it a try! I’ll tell you like my son told me, “You Won’t Go Wrong”!

Bubba no Likey
Quality control is the issue I have with this red dot scope. The objective lense was mounted skewed to the body. Maybe I’m just picky but this is a first for me having bought several red dots. Given that, it’s nothing you can’t get in a less expensive red dot.
