Can this be used as a pillow, when placed on a pereson's lap, during air fights?

I already had a neck pillow but I found it handy to put in my lap and rest my hands on. Best benefit was the relief it gave my legs when I had it on the floor and put on feet on. At first I was afraid it would be a burden to my row neighbors (I was the aisle seat) but it deflated really fast when needed. I used on 14 hour flight. It will now be a regular thing I bring onboard.
