Great product

People think this is baloney, but I am here to tell you, as a child and grandchild of very anxiety-prone people, magnesium supplements have changed my life. It takes 4-6 weeks to notice a change, but I suffered terrible anxiety since puberty, and 45 years later was completely freed of it, by these pills.I can't swear it will work in every case, but I make sure I always have a supply with me, because of the amazing peacefulness I now enjoy.Wikipedia says the maximum recommended dose is about 250 mg. a day, but these are obviously much higher dosages. So I try to stay hydrated, to flush out anything that might cause kidney stones, for example.

I use this product to prevent bone deterioration, as recommended by my doctor. These pills are large, but easy to swallow. They're gluten and lactose-free, which is crucial for me. Five pills per dose is a lot, but the bottle contains almost two months' worth, so that's a major plus. Solgar is my favorite brand because it's almost entirely allergen-free. Constipate me.

I've used many brands and types of calcium, magnesium citrate of the years. Pills have become a bigger issue for me as I've gotten older: harder to swallow. These have a coating on them that make them go down a bit easier, without getting "stuck". I need the mineral combination for legs cramps and these help tremendously. But that is just my personal experience, and for note: my husband uses them for the same reasons!
